Best French dip I ever had, made with tender, smokey brisket. Staff was genuine and friendly. Best of all, beer was top notch. Wish I had one in Colorado!

Oh my Goodness!!! we had an amazing time, we sat at the bar with Cory and Brandy, they made the most amazing suggestions and made us feel like home. I wish we actually lived here so we could come more often, but we will be back. Fabulous.!!

Traveling from Florida, we had to check out Kinkaider Brewing. Out of all the Brewers we have stopped at, Kinkaider Brewing was the best. Beers, service (thank you Terri), and food were excellent. I recommend stopping here. They are the best!

Stopped for supper and a beer while travelling. We had our dog, so sat outside on patio. Our server, Ashley was awesome, even as busy as it was! I got the shrimp tacos and my hubs got the brisket sandwich. Both were delicious. The brisket was super tender. Dinner salads consisted of iceberg lettuce and diced tomatoes, but the beer was cold, and we enjoyed the patio.

One of a kind traditional experience here in Down Town Grand Island. Walking around the corner from another staple we found this place and were so glad we walked in. food was great and so was the beer.

Went to this place because we were hungry after having a couple drinks. Went up to wait for someone to greet and seat us since the signs says “Please wait to be seated.” One of the hosts goes up to the podium to grab a cleaning spray. I understand you are busy. So we didn’t say anything and waited. Then in comes in 3 men walks up to the podium, past us, the host comes back to help them. They ask for a table for 3. While my husband and I, two of us, were waiting and have been waiting for a while. The host and server helps them. I understand we’re not your “usual customers” (yes we are non-Caucasians). We stood there and waited then my husband says “okay I guess we’re being skipped over let’s leave.”Thank you for the “lovely” service. You made us feel “very welcomed.”

Stopped by Kinkaider while traveling through Grand Island. Terri at the bar was friendly and efficient and made some great beer recommendations. Even though she was quite busy, she made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The food was good, very filling, and although we did not have dessert, it looked delicious. My favorite thing was the cat in the window upstairs that was intently watching the corn hole matches happening in the back parking lot. Cheers ?

One of the best meals I’ve try.Thank you Kelly for your great service, we were far from home and you make us feel like we were in our own town.Burger was so perfectly done and the wings are a must try …!! I really enjoyed our IPA beer. Place is clean and cozy any time of the year, they also have a patio for anyone who enjoys the sun or just don’t mind the traffic… thank you I hope to come back soon.

We stopped in on Saturday afternoon. We got seated fairly soon but then the wait started.. it took awhile for the waitress to come back and order our drinks. She order our drinks and one appetizer. She walked away, we waited and watched others, that came after us get their drinks before us. Finally we got drinks but still did not get all the waters we ordered to go with our drinks. Our waitress seemed more worried about seating guest coming in than waiting on the tables already there. She came and got our order and left our table to not comeback for an hour. She never brought our appetizer. She did not check to see if we needed another drink or anything. After over an hour of waiting and nothing we were getting upset but still waited. She finally came over and said our meal got taken by someone else. Weird to me an order for 3 and an appetizer could all be taken by another table. But I believe it we watched more than one table that came in after us get what we ordered. Finally after over an hour she asked if we would wait 5 more minutes.. at this point we were all out of patience and left… very disappointed as we’ve been to other locations and enjoyed the beverages and never had service like this.

Love this place!! Terri is awesome!!! We go there every week... she's amazing!!!
