I do not recommend this McDonald's, their night employees are terrible, there is a dark-haired woman who is always in the window and makes bad faces and has her hearing aids on.
Every time we go to the McDonald’s on second street our order is wrong. I know I should check our bag before we leave but I never think it’s incorrect. There is also always a 15+ minute wait on your food that ends up being wrong anyway. I never have trouble on State St so I will be making the drive there from now on.

The drive-thru is efficient even during busy times, although drinks might not be fully filled. Visitors are impressed by the fast and friendly service, making it stand out from other McDonald's locations. However, some customers have experienced attitude from morning staff, and the small parking lot can be crowded, though an electric scooter helps. At night, the crew shifts to adults who work hard to take orders and clean up, and customers are encouraged to be respectful during these hours, as McDonald's is the only 24-hour spot in Grand Island. Overall, McDonald's remains a consistent place, despite occasional employee or customer issues.
