This is THE WORST McDonald's I've EVER dealt with! What's worse is there's only 2 and the other one is nearly the same, better, but almost similar with messing up orders. At least the McDonald's on State Street ACTUALLY takes your name when an order is messed up and REALLY sends the coupons to the address provided!! 2nd Street McDonald's is just HORRIBLE! SERVICE, FOOD!! Name it and they **** it up!!!!

They messed up my bagels and I drove there two times and they made my order wrong the second time. My husband went back in to get a refund they didn't give us the refund after making me pay a second time. Overall spent 40 dollars when it should have been 20.. probably won't ever come back.
they forgot my entire order i had to go back 3 times genuinely a horrible place to eat would never eat their again.

Haven't had any issues for sometime now. The new $5 dollar menu is a welcome choice to have on the menu.
