Whoever was working today 3/12/25 around 1:15 AM in management with reddish hair that needed brushed was rude as can me. Had no customer service skills whatsoever! Seemed like she hated her life. Slammed the window on my neice more than twice and was just plain disrespectful. She was wearing a blue shirt which I’m assuming she was in management. Definitely needs talked to about how she is handling customers, because from past experience most all state street employees have been great.

Very bad treatment just for being Hispanic and if you are Cuban even worse, I went to a job interview and they left me waiting for more than 30 minutes, no one attended to me, I asked questions and they ignored me. I had to leave the place because I realized that they were looking at me for being Hispanic.

The chicken nuggets don't taste as good as they used to. My granddaughter used to finish them. Now, she doesn't like them. Ended up throwing her chicken nuggets away.
Parking: The way that the parking lot is set up, it feels like an accident looking for a place to happen.

Wheelchair accessibility: It does have wheelchair accessibility, however the doors are difficult.

Tonight while I was dashing, I received a handful of orders from this location. The woman helping me with the orders went above and beyond tonight. She has perfect, I mean impeccable customer service. Unfortunately I was consumed with dashing and failed to get her name. However when I do I will give her a great review with management. She is the woman with pink hair. While I was waiting for the order that was slightly taking a moment because of a mishap, she provided me a cup of water and some vouchers, that I highly appreciate. This is something she didn't have to do but none the less she is very kind and patient. I hope McDonald's is treating her the same way she treated me tonight. Thank you very much to the woman in pink, sorry I didn't get your name.

Placed order on app. Drove to store (less than 5 minutes away). Pulled into a curbside spot. Got notification that my order was ready and would be out in 2-5 minutes. Nothing came. Waited another 10 minutes. Nothing. Finally went inside and tried to get the attention of someone behind the counter. Just got ignored. Finally, after 5 minutes, someone came up front to take an order (for someone else). I finally got to talk to someone about my order. Yeah, it was sitting under a heat lamp. So you're telling me my order has been chilling under a heat lamp for the past 20 minutes? Unacceptable.
Every time I go there the service is great and I haven't had an order messed up. Jessica and Brennan are always great! Highly recommend

Too many people using curbside pickup for reasons other than what the signed spots are for. Circled the parking lot 5 times now waiting for a spot to open and all 4 spots are filled with nobody in their vehicles waiting for food!?
