My husband became ill from the food. Some food was ice cold, others were hot. Service was ok but there was only two tables dining in at the time and the waiter passed our table several times without acknowledging we needed refilled drinks. I can get over that. We all have rough days. However I cannot get over the food making my husband sick. Within a few hours of eating here, he got intense stomach cramps, diarrhea, and was nauseous. It was not viral, but deemed food poisoning. Whether this was a temperature issue or poorly executed cooking, we will certainly not be back. Sad to see.

We have been a fan of Napoli's for years. The last visit we had was 11 years ago. My wife and I would always have conversations about the best pasta dish we've had and it always comes down to Napoli's. We currently live in Omaha and have a lot of places to go for pasta but when we are near Grand island, there's no doubt we have to stop by.
Not much has changed since. The bread rolls and dipping oil is always first and really good. Salad dressing is fresh and zesty. The pasta sauces are full of flavor and always more than one meal. It's always clean and service is attentive with needs and drink refills.
Our favorites are bruschetta for starter, tortellini alla panna (or tortellini Sicilian for added ingredients), Dorians Special with Alfredo sauce.

We were (6 people) seated in the restaurant, then in approx 10 minutes our drink orders were taken. After approximately 10 minutes later and not getting our drinks we got up and left for a different restaurant. I'm not not giving 1 star because I don't like to use them but this could possibly get my 1st 1 ⭐.

Food was good, but i stood there for 10 min when they were not busy waiting to pick up an order. By the time I got my pizza the crust was a bit soggy.
It's gone drastically down hill in the last 6 months or so. Was one of my favorite places and has just really gone down hill. Wait staff was incompetent and manager was rude. And the food. Same food I use to love just wasn't as good and it seems the portions shrank.
