Noodles in Grand Island, NE

“We were visiting Grand Island for a half marathon and happened to come across this place. I was struck by the fact that they only had four main dishes on the menu, which generally means that those dishes are done perfectly, which was true in this case.

None of my family had ever eaten Vietnamese food before, but the lady who served us helped us figure out how best to eat it. She wasn't judgmental at all about the fact that we obviously weren't familiar with the cuisine.

The food itself was amazing. They kept it very mild for the general Midwest palate, but they had all sorts of sauces on the table for people who preferred more spice. I think anyone with any level of experience with Vietnamese food could find something that they enjoy here. Amazing establishment.“
