This was my first visit, and I was really looking forward to supporting a local business and making it a regular stop. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The women I interacted with was quite rude, which left a negative impression. Good customer service is crucial, so I won’t be returning.

Terrible customer service, the lady at the counter is very rude and disrespectful. If someone does not like dealing with customers maybe they should be in the back making donuts and not being disrespectful to customers. Previous owners 10X more amazing. Will no longer purchase donuts here.

Best doughnuts in GI! I always try to stop here when I'm in town. The doughnuts are always fresh and a wide variety. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They are popular, so they may sell out of your favorite variety. If that happens, try something else, you won't be disappointed.
These guys are hands down the best donut place in the Tri-City area. Great donuts, great prices, GREAT PEOPLE! Trust me…I’m the Comic Cop. I know a great donut when I find one!!
