Great pancakes!! But that’s not all. Perkins makes breakfast all day a necessity by proving that it can be what is expected. I enjoy breakfast and that is what I expect when I walk in the door…breakfast!! Two eggs over easy , two pieces of bacon, hash browns, two sausage, and of course, a side of two buttermilk pancakes. “No”, I say, just one cake will suffice “. “ I’m sorry “, the young (or old, or in between) waitress says, “They come in twos”. She grabs the menu and goes rapidly on her way. And they should, pancakes belong in Perkins and in twos.

I usually order to go everything is always there and delicious i did overhear a employee ordering food, kinda sad they should be provided a free meal as great as the food and service is they deserve it

We had a nice service with our waitress but. I watch the manager, she was sitting the with her family members or friends only got up to get I would say a regular customer a drink and when one staff came back to get her. When A older couple just walk out after telling the person at the cash register what they thought of the service. Waited over half of the hour for their food, that they did not get. Sounds like no body check on them to ask them how they were doing. Also seen an another couple waiting to pay their bill for at least 10 mins I told them she(manager) sitting back there talking. Then another waitress sat with a customer complaining about the couple that left. That she was bring out their food and found out they left. The manager I would say she has red hair with a bow dress in regular cloths that evening. I would not let her be a hostess or manager.. Because even after the couple that she went back to sit and talk more. It was 6pm on a Sat. Aug 2nd. Grand Island. Ne.

Waited 10 minutes for a table. Then waited another ten minutes for a waitress. After we asked if we had one. Wife said if we didn't have one we could go somewhere else. Waitress said see ya. So we left after talking to assumed manager. So service sucked, atmosphere sucked...didn't get to the food. Heck didn't even get water.

The service was not the best for me. I waited for more than an hour for my lunch and it never arrived and I had to leave because I had more activities to do. I hope to have a better experience in the future and I will change the stars to better quality.

Our server Michelle was the best! She is a sweetheart!

All of the food served to our table was cold.
