Overcrowded. Loud. Slow and careless service. Undercooked food. Salad served without dressing. Underwhelming shakes. Not worth the price.

We probably came on a bad day, as I have had good experiences at other Perkins restaurants. It took the waitress 20 minutes to take our order and another 40 minutes to get the food.
She said it was because they had to remake my food (which still came out overcooked), and my dad’s food was cold.
