We usually have great food from Pizza Hut. The last order was a ‘Special’ one topping large pizza with two orders of boneless wings with two dipping sauces. The pizza had a thin crust which we have never ordered. When we have ordered wings (bone in) before there was a good amount of garlic Parmesan sauce. These boneless wings had very little sauce.

They took over an hour to get my pizza delivered while thats not a problem they said the time was going to be this time and came hour later then they forget my wings that I payed full for… do better

Stricker seated us and was our server. He is was courteous and friendly. He made sure everything was good with us several times. Food was awesome.
We tried to have our meal at Applebees next door and we were treated very poorly so we left and came to Pizza Hut. Stricker met us at the door and gave us the best customer service. Hang on to this employee, you have a gem!

Waited over an hour, half our order was missing, pizza was cold bread sticks were cold. Many people got up and left because they weren't getting waited on. Others were being told an 1 1/2 hour wait and leaving. Only 4 booths were occupied. Employees were unorganized and goofing off in back room.

I tried the french fries for the first time . I recieved a small amount of fries (kids meal portion) disppointed (wont buy again) but was good. Pasta was super and good value.

Went in to enjoy an order at 10:40 (website said open til 12:00am) waited 5 min for someone to come out of the back. Kid took our order and made it to-go and proceeded to kick us out the door telling us they close the lobby at 11:00pm. This is the 2nd time we have tried this place and the previous time they messed up a simple Canadian bacon pizza. I will never step place in there ever again. Nothing was said when we were ordering and the kid was rude. I would not even give them 1 star.

The automated system to order delivery is the worst. The person who took the order from an outside service entered it wrong. When I tried to call back, I had to wait over half an hour with no answer. I will never order another pizza to be delivered from pizza hut again.

Each experience is different, but you should strive for better. My food took over 30 minutes past the expected delivery time. Needless to say the food was not hot and up to standards. Don't charge me extra for a service that is not worth it. I tried to help out by letting them deliver but could save $20 if I had driven there myself. Plus it would have been there in 30 minutes including my drive time.
They couldn't even get our order correct we had to drive all the way back over to get the rest of our order and the girl that was supposed to be putting the rest of our stuff together was on her phone texting

Steven took my order at 7 19 I didn't get my food till 8 00. Steven made circle the drive thru 3 time to keep the line moven. Finally he told me to pull over and he will bring the food to me. After waiting in the parking spot for 20 min I want inside to check on my order and I was given my food right away it's obvious Steven forgot about me and wasted my whole lunch break ticket number is 0147

Very rude person salesperson on the phone. We called up because we didn't get our Dr pepper. So we asked if the person who was delivering it could have it instead. That way they wouldn't have to send someone all the way out here again. Then I guess we were told to talk to someone else, and that person seem nice, and then I guess she told us to talk to someone else, and that lady immediately hung up on us. So I called back up, and the only thing the guy said to me is if we're local, and I was like yeah we're calling the pizza place we ordered the pizza from them. I think he transferred me so I hung up to make sure I called the right pizza place. then I get a call from Pizza Hut, and I answered, and then he is all like you want to order a pizza. And I said no you called me l. Anyway can we get that guy to be able to have the doctor pepper we ordered that we didn't get delivered, and then he hung up on me. I tried to explain the situation as fast as I could because I knew he didn't have patience to listen, or understand what I was trying to say. I don't know why he called me just to hang up on me, but that's very rude and unprofessional behavior. I am very disappointed that no one will be getting to enjoy the pop that we have paid for, and have not received. It's like we pay money for nothing.

My order was AN HOUR late, and my order was COMPLETELY wrong and MISSING items! When I called again, I got hung up on!! I’ve never ordered from here and gotten a correct order. This place and its employees freaking suck.
