DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! Just wanted to say that I had some of the weakest chicken ever from this Popeyes. Not to mention that I'm a truck driver and I asked if I could wait inside of the lobby. It was 9:06 and they said they had already closed it. It was really cold outside so they made me go to the drive-thru and stand outside and wait. When I looked at my food I ordered entire family meal. The legs were extremely tiny, embarrassing even. But full of bread as if that was going to convince somebody that it was bigger. It's disgusting. So much breading. I literally have a box full of breading that I had to take off and then when you get to the meat there's nothing there. The manager was extremely rude. She did not even answer me herself. When I asked she made somebody else come and talk to me. The mac and cheese was old and the chicken itself was clearly Frozen. They were not prepared. They had already put everything away as if they're ready to go home. I had to ask for my drink. They forgot my drink...

It was clear that this is the manager's fault. It is a woman not that that means anything but most Popeyes that I go to that don't have a man as a manager are usually trying to please the company by making sure that they don't have any leftovers at the end of the night, all of this chicken was frozen. You can tell because of how wet it was on the inside it was honestly disgusting. Some of the breading on the inside was still wet and not cooked properly. I strongly recommend you fire this manager as soon as possible and let the young man that was helping me at the window take over. He was kind. She was rude.

Honestly Popeyes as a corporation and company is great. Unfortunately this particular location I can’t say the same for… I was so excited for Popeyes and waited out on lunch just for it! That quickly faded when we walked in was not greeted but instead stared at by employees in the back and ignored by the ones at the front of the counter along with that there was a man eating his food while standing at the ordering counter and the whole place is a mess. Not a single table wiped off and none of the condiments and or utensils were stocked. After waiting 10-15 minutes while watching employees walk in and out and also talk to the man eating at the counter finally our order was taken and headed to get our drinks we got ice and I noticed there was black specs of something in the ice… I warned the man at the counter and asked for a new cup not wanting to get sick.Then I asked them to make my drink in the back instead the employee seemed annoyed by my request but did accommodate. FYI there was never a sign hung up on the pop machine about how the ice was dirty and most likely moldy. Now I understand there busy times there’s also times where places are short staffed but this was absolutely unacceptable and gross. A health inspection would never pass in that place. Sincerely just someone who rly wanted a chicken sandwich with decent service :/

The town is white, the people where white, and the service were white. I was treated like second class with first class money. I was the only customer in the store but yet I had to wait 8 minutes for service.

Absolutely horrible! Will not go back. Limited on chicken. What we did get was stale. Employees stood around looking dumb founded. Not a clean table in the entire place. 3 pm in the afternoon so they were NOT even remotely busy.
As a louisiana native....it was insulting to the brand!

Disappointed in my spicy chicken sandwich it was tough with bunch of gristle

August 23, 2025 3:30 pm Never judge a book by its cover. On business traveling from another state long week. We had a free meal using our points and scan code. According to the app we needed to redeem in the store. Manager and staff HAD NO IDEA what to do. Asked manager to maybe contact another store to obtain some direction she ACTUALLY made up some excuse and refused.Didnt seem interested. I contacted another store. Tye, the General Manager was able to assist. Thank you Tye. Out of all of the Popeyes we have visited throughout the US this manager was the worse. I asked for whole wings according to my order and THE MANAGER said that's the way they come and they don't serve whole wings. When I clearly saw whole wings behind the counter. On the other hand the store was cleaner than most we visited and the gentleman behind the counter that took my order in the baseball cap was very friendly. I hope Popeyes improves their manager training.

Went through drive thru for order. Was told to pull forward and they'll bring my order to me but no one came. Went inside after 20 minutes and it seemed like no one knew what was going on or how to handle the situation. No sense of urgency and no apology for the the forgotten order. Just go to Cane's across the street

We used to come often. It gets worse every time. So slow. Had to wait 15 min for chicken, came back 15 min later and had to wait another 15 minutes. Could barely understand the worker. They acted like we were an inconvenience. Also, I think 30 + dollars for 12 pieces of chicken is wild. We won't be back. Absolutely ridiculous.

OMG. I ordered a boneless bundle. And she asked me "how many wings?" So I said 12. The boneless bundle is supposed to come with 12 pc wings, a side, and sauce. Not only did I not get any sauce but I didn't even bet the boneless wings. My wings came with bone. And the Mac & cheese looks & tastes DISGUSTING. never coming here again, pls don't come here.
