I would love hear why this location is even trying to reopen. you don't answer your phone, you don't update your hours, yall open for maybe 3 hours on random days (not consistent) workers on their phones. Only way to actually know if they are open is to just show up and expect a closed sign with people just standing around behind the counter. Can't tell you if the food is good since most people don't even get to place an order. also the app doesn't work with their location.

Don’t bother going there they are closed due to lack of staff. Which from the reviews isn’t a bad thing since they can’t seem to hire worth while employees.

service here is terrible, always takes a very long time to get a pretzel and girls working always have an attitude like they hate being there and you are bothering them by ordering

This place is horrible great pretzels but the staff is lazy and never wants to make things on the menu not only that but I called and asked what time they closed they told me 6 I literally place an order and show up for it and now all the sudden there closed at 5 they really need better employees!

Food was incredible. The staff, however, disregarded the consideration of their costumers, talked on the phone when checking out, overpriced the food when one poor costumer asked for a menu item completely under the cost, and cursed bumptiously without regards to their surroundings. They were abhorrently rude.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and the pretzels are always fresh and awesome

I moved to Omaha almost a year ago and unfortunately they don’t have pretzel maker here, only auntie Anne’s. I really deeply miss pretzel maker. Auntie Anne’s just doesn’t compare with the Quality and taste that pretzel maker does. Please come to Omaha!

Keep on walking by...customer service is awful. The staff will verbally attack you for their lack of seeing you in line. Worst experience ever!

Staff was less than helpful. They refused the mall employee discount saying they never had one (I've gotten one in the past.) I ended up with plain salted pretzel bites with "butter" spray....it's butter flavored oil. Today the oil was rancid. After eating 2 bites, I returned them for a refund. They informed me that there is no oil used, just butter! LOL...not!! It's fake flavored oil. Regardless, they acted a bit put out to give me a refund, but didn't argue about it. Done with this place.....the gals are rude nearly every time. If you can't greet customers with a smile and pleasant attitude, go work in a factory! Won't be choosing this ever again. You wasted my whole lunch break!!
