I ordered a large salted pretzel bits and a smoothie on door dash. When I received my order the amount of salt was more than excessive! It’s not the first time I have heard of this happening. It is not the same place it was when they were located in the mall!

I always make sure to hit Pretzelmaker when I come into town! Where I live now, we have Auntie Ann’s, and it doesn’t come CLOSE! Wish we had a Pretzelmaker in our area! Missed having them in the mall, glad they’re back! Salted Pretzel Bites and Cinnamon Pretzel Bites and their smoothies are to die for!

Had me waiting for about 15 minutes for some pretzel dogs worst service ever had already 3 customers come in and not even once did they ask hey what was your order I did get irritated and just told em to keep the pretzel dogs first and last time ever coming here

Very unfriendly staff. I walked in and looked at the menu and I’m assuming the young man working at the register thought his phone was more important than greeting a customer. Also kept playing on his phone while checking me out. Rudely asked what I ordered and then didn’t even tell me my total. This was 3/2 at 1pm
