I recommend this store, the truth is that you have what you need most and are looking for at the moment, and if not you can place the order, good customer service from all the staff, I respect something very important, I recommend it to you.
Good food would love it otherwise if it wasn't for the customer service.Summary: we order champurrado (Mexican drink) the estimate was 20 mins so we paid upfront we figure we could do other errands while we waited. We came back to then be told that it would be 15 more mins( we decided to wait no problem even though it took us 30 mins to come back so we figure we gave extra time)So we waited, we walked up after about 7 mins to ask how long, they tell us another 20 mins so now we are here 45 to 50 mins still no drinks... we then voice the concern to whom we belive was the owner, he pretty much us tell us you can either wait or leave ( we aren't about to leave for something already paid for) he continued to be really rude to me and family he procced to go hide in the kitchen and left his wife "apologize" for him, we got our money back but wasted an hour for nothing... keep in mind during this time we1. Ate at Mckinneys2. Ordered chippotleAnd still our drinks were not readyA) Lear the if you give a wrong time to a customer you need to apologize not gaslight your customersB) offer explanations "we are sorry about the long wait, it was due to _____"C) Don't be a complete jerk to a customer that was willing to wait 40+ mins for your productD) If you don't know how long something may take please disclose that.I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER THERE
