1 star for the way they charged every item separately instead of in a combo setting (which saves the consumer money). I got overcharged for the milkshake which should have been an add-on to the drink instead of a whole separate item. I hope this is new staff or a mistake, and an explanation as to what it was, otherwise I do not recommend giving your business to scammy tactics who most people will overlook and get overcharged for. A restaurant with bad food but exceptional service will get my business over one with the opposite traits, Runza actually makes great food.

Our tour group of 31 traveling with Diamond Tours stopped at Runza and it was yummy. Most of the people on our bus had never tried Runza before. A lot of us are German/Russians growing up eating Kraut Bierocks, everyone enjoyed their meal. Friendly and fast service too!

Runzas are amazing! If you’ve never had a Runza, go get one, NOW….. soooooo gooood! Highly recommend the mushroom Swiss runza and the spicy runzas! Burgers are average, milkshakes are really good (try the blueberry lemon milkshake, delicious). Service is pretty good, atmosphere is ok, but food is great!
