The service here is awful. The girl serving us was not helpful in helping us order, then messed up our order and wouldn't fix it. IDK if she wasn't allowed to, but we had the receipt that said we ordered something, and we didn't get it.
I just want to thank all the staff for showing up on these cold freezing days and having my order ready to go! Thank you for having my order right and on time with a happy smiles and positive attitude. I appreciate all the employees without you there wouldn't be a starbucks!

No matter what size I ask, they always give me a small, but they charge you for the size that you asked for. It's just a scam

The man that took our order and was at the window was not polite. He was impatient and RUDE. There was no greeting. He was ready to get us the hell outta there. I can understand it may have been a rough day BUT customer service should be the top priority. I drive back and forth from Omaha to Grand Island amultiple times a week and I had the same issue at the York store on the same day... Do better y'all.

I just recently moved here from Texas and This has got to be the worst Starbucks ever. I've been ordering the same drink for a long while iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. In texas I ordered drink with no changes just as is. Moved to Nebraska ordered drink in Hastings and it was a little bit different but very good. But.......Grand Island Starbucks just will not do it correctly. I usually go through the drive thru cause I never have issues. Yesterday I used the drive thru window and i had too rerun the drink because it basically was ice. They remade it still lots of ice. Today I walked in to order my drink asked for light and I got the run around. I Just asked for lighter ice. The cashier kept telling me the drink was made with ice and I wasn't asking for no ice just not $8 dollars of only ice. I have never had any issues with ordering this drink at all. But at the Grand Island Starbucks they sell expensive ICE not coffee or drinks.

I was told that a cup I wanted to purchase was 50% off, so I used my reward to cover the cost of the cup and ordered a drink. They didn't tell me that using my reward would cancel out the discount so I was charged an extra $9. I didn't notice the error until I got back home (4.5 hours away from the store). Called support, and they told me to call the store. Called the store, and they told me they can't do anything unless I bring the cup back.

Slowest service. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for lukewarm hot chocolate when ordered a coffee. Taste is always hit or miss and order ahead never works
Update: drive thru still horribly slow and white mocha now tastes like watered down plain coffee

Not sure what was burned in there today but it tastes like it in the coffee. Went to take it inside but it was closed; drive thru only. There is no consistency in what you order here either.

I usually order through my app in the mornings and pick up at store. I have had 2 occasions where I order two drinks and eggs.Drinks are always ready. Everytime I order eggs they are forgotten. I sit patiently and wait as I watch them keep making drinks and no one making food! I have had to bring it to their attention both times.Today was the 3rd time they forget my eggs. I asked if they were working on them after I sat and waited for 10 minutes being respectful to their work. When I asked one of the girls she had just started them so I had to leave my breakfast. lost money and was late to work. I shouldn't have to remind employees that food is also important to have ready.

Super thankful for the girls working today specially siayra and dianna because I had a Lil accident while driving back work and drop 3 coffees in my car. I went to the store to remade those and pay for it of course and she give it for free. That's awesome and so nice!!!! My friday was going not so good and you guys just made it. Big heartsssssss
