We went in and they were mostly out of everything but it’s ok because it happens, but then when we got our order they forgot to add are cold foam so nicely we asked if they could add it the guy rolled his eyes at my aunt and he’s like you have to pay extra even though we asked for it. Then we were like just place it in a bigger cup but they still dumped half of our drink and they were rude I said thankyou and they said nothing. We were nice the whole time they just have horrible customer service

Workers were out of everything and had an awful attitude. Not to mention we asked for cold foam and didn’t receive it and when we asked he tended to roll his eyes and dump half the drink already charged and charged me extra for the cold foam. Definitely not coming back!

if you want to sit in line for 45 min to wait for a coffee this is the place for you, maybe having teenagers running your store isnt the best idea, highly disappointed with the service.

We went through the drive through. Our order was one latte which was fine and one brewed coffee. We got back on the road to head to the interstate and the brewed coffee was completely cold and bitter. We were going to call back but they just closed. I assume it was what was left for the night and we got it. Just horrible.

Greeted very warmly by a couple of very nice baristas. Cleaner than most Starbucks in California and full of happy customers enjoying an old school Starbucks coffee house environment and not just the fast food "get in get out" vibe so common back home. This place is a pleasant surprise. Ordered a couple of venti dark roast coffees but their brewing machine was down. They replaced them with Americanos at no additional cost. Very nice.

Very bad service, went in drive through to have to wait for half an hour for my one drink. The woman in front of me ordered two coffees, the employees didn't even apologize for the delay, disappointing. My drink was watery, and tasted like they ran out of syrup, would not return. At least the girl in the drive-thru was nice to the person in front of me and made conversation though, but also I don't want your life story I want my drink done already.
