If i could give zeros stars for service and Atmosphere i would. I was absolutely ignored when i walked up the the front. It took for me to ask when my coffee would be done for anyone to look at me and then i received attitude in return. She seemed annoyed to be there. With a good 6 people waiting as well. Not to mention my coffee tastes like garbage, coincidentally the woman with the attitude made it. I’m not coming here anymore. It’s been multiple times of me being ignored so I’ll go somewhere where they atleast treat people nice.

Semi new location I happen to be there for a VA appointment had my coffee. Everybody behind the counter was awesome and the one girl went out of her way to accommodate my service dog by making sure she had water and then making sure I had some water to take with me since she knew I was driving, couple hours back east. Everything bagel was right on the spot for a bite to eat.

The atmosphere, employees, drinks are always on point, and it’s always clean. I never walk/drive away dissatisfied. I prefer this store over 281 in GI. 281 employees are usually never friendly and drinks are not made well. I hope the south locust Starbucks manager gets credit where it’s due for having the ultimate Starbucks experience.

They are always kind and fast. The drinks are made well. They engage with you, better than the 281 store. Beth the manager has seemed to pick very well rounded, efficient, nice friendly people that make drinks how they should taste. I always choose this store over 281.

9/11/23Unfortunately the reviews are right. They don’t know how to make drinks right. Ordered a hot coffee and received an iced coffee9/9/23Order through doordash. The had the cold pressed I wanted but instead of sending expired juice they sent what they had that wasn’t expired. I really appreciate you not sending me expired juice!!!
