This is my favorite Starbucks in Grand Island. I have a few requests on my caramel frapp and Conner not only makes a great drink, he remembers the order when I start making changes. All the staff is so friendly and I have never had a bad drink here.

So I have been trying to get away from energy drinks and starting drinking coffee! I’ve been to multiple coffee shops and tried various drinks, not anything I liked or was looking for. I went to Starbucks 2x today. Once for a drink and another for a desert. My barista was Bre! She was newer and in training. She was absolutely wonderful. Personality, kindness and compassionate about her job! I explained to her I had not found a coffee that I had liked so she recommended one for me. Made me the drink and I LOVED it! Thanks to her you guys gained a new daily customer! Way to go Bre! Thank you 😊

There’s a staff member (possibly the manager) who is consistently rude and unprofessional whenever I pick up an online order. She makes passive-aggressive comments like “you ordered last minute,” even when the store isn’t busy. Whether I order in person or online shouldn't matter — I just want my tea hot, not sitting on the counter. This has happened more than once. If she dislikes her job that much, she shouldn't take it out on customers. I come here to enjoy my day, not leave with a headache.
