They over charge for subways if you asked for the steak and cheese they will charge you for the philly steak but they don't give you the extra cheese you are over paying.

I thought that the Subway on Webb Road couldn't be beat in the rudeness department, but this one definitely is a contender. The food was gross, I could have played a decent game of hockey with the bread, and the toppings were warm and slimy. But even that wasn't the biggest problem. I have worked for Subway here in Grand Island, and I know that there's certain standards they have concerning customer service. My husband went back up to the counter after we got seated, simply to ask for a bag. And to show them that they had made our son's sandwich wrong, even after we had repeated his order twice. The store manager, I believe her name was Tammy or something (kinda tall and chubby with lots of tattoos) proceeded to tell my husband that he had no right to complain (which he wasn't, he was just showing them what had happened and asking for a to go bag), then she decided to get one of her minions involved, speaking very loudly about how she was sick of "people like him" lying . Our son is severely Autistic and 4 years old, he has behavioral health issues. Social anxiety being one of those issues. Our son had started crying and rocking back and forth, covering his ears and hitting himself, and your store manager and her employees were not only staring at our son and pointing, the manager and her one employee started talking very loudly again about how our son was a "nuisance and disruptive", how they couldn't wait until we left, and how "his issues were nothing a good spanking couldn't fix ". They then started talking very loudly again about another customer who had called and complained earlier that day about the food and service and how that person "was insane and could go back to Mexico". The behavior of this manager and her employees was insane and completely disgusting, I thought maybe I was just being overly sensitive, but when I overheard other people in the restaurant talking about how horrible the manager and her employees were behaving, I realized that it wasn't just me. I know for a fact that this manager is best friends with the store manager of the Webb Road location, Shelly, and that definitely explains some of the behavior, because birds of a feather, but corporate needs to get a reign on these two cruel, rude, and intolerant people. I spent 30 of my hard earned dollars for bad food and even worse treatment. And that's never going to sit right with me. Especially their treatment of my son, who not only has to fight every single day his own mind, he has to face ignorant and intolerant people like your manager and employees. You people should be ashamed of yourself.

After the machine prompts a tip and I feel guilty and give a tip- I wait 15 minutes with no one in line and the sandwich was so covered in Mayo couldn’t eat it.We should not tip people for doing their job- won’t happen again

Cloi was very helpful and patient! The footlong sandwiches were done just right and were delicious! Management definitely knows how to train their people at this 2nd street location

Got back to work with my sandwich, asked for olives lettuce and tomatoes, sandwich has no lettuce or olives. Had two tomatoes that are brown. Sandwich is supposed to have roast beef but it has bacon on it instead, never told us anything about that. Bread was like concrete on outside and soggy on inside. Thanks for ruining my lunch and wasting $15. This place never gets anything right
