Facilities are clean. That's the best part!

The girls who work there (Fri, Aug 9, 2024, 10:40 am) are not rude but give attitude. Not sure if it is because I look asian. Low key acted like I was stupid.

Sandwich was mid, spinach was rotting in the container.

The three ladies working at 5:30pm, on 5/23/24, are terrible!!! I had placed a big order $40+ online. I got to the store and decided, that I needed an additional drink, so I ordered it on the outside drive thru kiosk. I pull to the window, all three are huddled together on their phones. I waited, waited and waited. One came to the window and asked, “what do you need”. I replied, my online order and the additional drink, I ordered at the drive thru kiosk. She closed the window and then came back and asked, “Do you want ice in your drink”? What?!? Yes, I would like ice (Got very little ice). Then she hands me my online order, and I had to tell her, I ordered one as a combo and I need my other drink. She closes the window again. She comes back, and asks, “Do you want any ice in this drink”? Since when, did this whole “do you want any ice become a norm at this location? Got home and none of our sandwiches were right. They were all missing cheese, the toasted sandwiches were not even toasted and the bread was not right. I will not return until these 3 musketeers are replaced with quality, friendly employees that do not ask “ do you want ice in your drinks”. Most ignorant thing, I’ve ever had happen to me. It’s summer! Yes we want ice and our food correct, just like we ordered. Done till they are gone.

Just so u guys know. For the ones working on monday Oct. 23 at 730pm off of south locust i give you guys a 5 star + plus... because of the menu i had the monster foot long and that s.o.b was amazing... thank u for letting me try that! Good sandwich and i like the positive vibes i got from each of u. I ordered the 3 ultimate bmts but instead replaced one with the monster. Good decision.

Friendly service from kind staff at this Subway.The following complaints are reserved for the corporation as these issues are not within the control of the local franchise:As their prices have drastically gone up, their quality has not. Somehow, I find an 8 inch sandwich at Jimmy John's to be both more filling and flavorful, and you can get a whole 8 inch combo at Jimmy John's for around the same price as a 12 inch (sandwich only) at Subway and feel like you're hunger is truly satisfied, so if you want the quality you deserve for your hard earned $, go to Jimmy John's instead!

I went here for lunch & made an online order. This is the third time I went and my order was the opposite from what I received. The receipt had the order correct but my sandwich is never right. I was the only person in line as well. I love subway & their new series subs but I have to drive across town to the other one just to get it made right.
