Was disappointed because the oatmeal raisin cookies were severely underdone. And my sandwich which had chipotle was saturated in chipotle, couldn't enjoy my sandwich. I asked for a regular amount not an extra amount.

Tried calling and I'm hung up on. I don't appreciate it. Tried calling Corporate because I know that the manager is unkind to others, especially her own family.
One of my favorite Subway sandwich shops, and I've frequented a lot of them across many states these past decades. Great to see them at Walmarts these days, a good combination. The current Subway manager here is truly a stand-up worker. Lately she's had a difficult time finding and keeping workers, not due to a store or management problem though. Many people around Grand Island and the surrounding communities simply do not want to work these days. A shame, it is, but true.
