Terrible wait time. 10+ people waiting inside for their food and we all had to 30+ minutes. Very disorganized in the kitchen and the workers do not seem to care. Would not come back to this location.

I went through the line at 7:08 and Taco Bell said they didn’t have any tortillas this is ridiculous! I’ve been multiple times and they are always out of something that they shouldn’t be out of wow.

Wait time is terrible!!! Sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes waiting. Warning, once you are in line, there is not a way to get out.
Update: I will not be back to this location until there is new management and ownership. Wait time was still just as bad. Also, I had to repeat my simple order 4 times to the guy taking the order. The service at this location is terrible.

I do believe this may be the longest drive-thru line wait in all of Grand Island. Every single time I've ever came here and it's been a 20-minute plus wait in the drive-thru. And when they close their lobby as early as they do there's no other option than to wait in the Drive-Thru the other thing that is concerning is that their drive-thru has this fancy little island that blocks you in for about five cars behind the order microphone once you commit to getting in the line there is no way out unless you want to break the law and jump the median.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to in a very long time and can not believe this because this was a very well run Taco Bell until about four months ago and since then I have showed up multiple times for breakfast at 10 in the morning and they are telling me that they aren’t serving I search google it tells me 11 and then on top of that the morning don’t show up till 9:45 in the dam morning they open at 7 or are supposed to!!

Went to taco bell at 8pm tonight (9.26) and ordered 5 tacos and a quesadilla, asked for a few mild and a few fire sauces. The guy handed us our bag with a smerky smile and said enjoy. This is what we got with our food.
At 6:30 doors locked people in the place. No signs to tell us what was going on.

I should have read the reviews first. Placed an order on the app. I asked for 15 hot sauces. When I got to the speaker they told me that they could not do the 15 sauces because they were only allowed to give out 1 per item. I asked why, because I had never heard of that policy. I was told that they were giving them out faster than they were getting them in (maybe order a larger quantity?). When I got to the window I received my bag and asked for some extra napkins. I was told they were out of napkins. Got back on the road and opened my bag of food. Not only was one of my items missing, there was no sauce packets in the bag whatsoever, not even the 1 per item I was told they are allowed to give out. I was already to far away to go back have them rectify the situation. I travel past that location multiple times per year and have never stopped, and now I can assure that I will never stop there again. Whoever owns this store should have their franchise revoked. It should be an embarrassment to Taco Bell corporate.

Went through drive through and ordered a chicken quesadilla, water bottle, and grilled cheese steak burrito with xtra chipotle. First they said they didn’t even know if they had water. Guess that should have been the first red flag. Got the chicken quesadilla and there was only chicken and chipotle sauce on it and there was only filling in the center two pieces empty tortilla on the ends on both sides. Opened my burrito and it was just a bean,rice and cheese burrito with chipotle sauce on it. Made absolutely no sense. No steak, no grilled cheese. Price difference alone made me upset when a bean burrito is maybe 3$ and my burrito was probably about 9$. It wasn’t busy either so just feel like this should have been something that shouldn’t have been messed up. We couldn’t turn back as we had checked and saw a burrito and quesadilla in the bag so headed off towards the interstate. All I can say is we probably won’t ever return to this Taco Bell. If you can mess up when it isn’t busy I can’t imagine how their lunch rush goes.
