Wasn’t not impressed with the staff’s attitude when I had to wait 45 mins for an online pick up order that was supposedly ready for pick up. Firstly in the 45 mins I was there's someone only came to the counter once to take walk in orders there were at least 5 people who walked out after waiting several mins. While waiting there were customers reaching over the counter to get their own drink cups because when they received their food they were not give a cup and there was no one to help. When I watch 4 people who came in after me and order off kiosk that I had advised them to use since there was no cashier I asked where is my food to which a very rude employee proceeded to yell “she’s just going to had to wait” once again this was after 40 mins and 3 times of me saying im here to the nice man at the window. To the man at the window you were rocking it wish the walk ins were getting the same service.

A 35 minute drive-thru wait with no option to exit is insane. The car in front of me had to wait just shy of 10 minutes just to say his order.

Was craving a beefy 5 layer burrito. Ordered and waited for 30 minutes in the driveway. Then when I said I wanted a refund. The manager through a fit because I wanted my money back. She groped about why I wanted my food so fast, even though I ordered 30 minutes ago. Terrible experience, will no longer go-to this taco bell

I love Taco Bell but idk about this location. You guys get my DoorDash order wrong almost every time. I just ordered 2 quesadillas and didn’t even get one. I ask for fire sauce everytime and hardly ever get it. I feel like you remember my name and purposely mess it up. I worked at Taco Bell before I can come show you how to make a quesadilla. I don’t just order items and expect not to get them but with you guys it’s a real possibility every time. Take pride in ur job and actually do ur job. I’d understand you messing up once in a while but EVERY TIME is unacceptable.

Food was TERRIBLE! Smelled ROTTEN and was cold even though we freshly brought it home. Honestly we waited 45 minutes in line for a mobile pick up and the workers were rude and didn’t seem to care about their jobs at all. Both me and my spouse got sick right away from this food.

My husband stopped by for a quick dinner tonight. He sat in the drive-thru with the kids after ordering for about 15 minutes before they let him know they had run out of beef and other items on his order. He changed it all to chicken and waited. They finally gave him his food, and all of the items were poorly wrapped and thrown together in the bag. He had ordered 2 discovery luxe boxes, what he received were all regular tacos falling apart and chips spilled in the bottom of the bag.

Had to wait in line for a whole hour for my online order. Line was sitting for ten to 20 mins every time we moved. Poor service had to ask if I ordered yet when I got to the speaker in the drive thru.

Last night I went to order the $7 Lux box I wanted to swap the chicken chalupa for a beef chalupa. They said no swap. Fine seven-layer beefy burrito was also chicken and my hard shell taco was also chicken. Also I was the only vehicle in the Drive-Thru at 11:30 and had to wait 10 12 minutes for my food. Super disappointed. I didn't want chicken let alone to have three items chicken

Every time I go here they always get my food wrong. The ticket says what I wanted and they always find a way to get it wrong.

Inside lobby is closed with no signage to say that. We knocked on the door and the workers looked at us and waved us off. Like it was our fault for even thinking the inside of the establishment would be open.

Awful!!! Waited in line for 15 minutes, didn’t get everything I ordered and the burrito (the one thing I did get) was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted! Save yourself the time and disappointment.

This has to be the worst and slowest taco bell I've been to. Customers get ignored constantly. No one seems to be in a hurry or know what's going on. Constantly out of menu items.

Do not go through the drive thru... Slowest service I have ever experienced. Every time! Would give zero stars but not an option. Whoever owns this place needs to do something. All reviews say same thing. This is last straw, I won't go back!
