I have watched 10 cars go through while my wife went in and ordered a to go order with not a single customer in the restaurant. We are going on 20 minutes now for four meal deals and I just watched the manger walk out the side door, lay down on the sidewalk and smoke a cigarette. I am completely disappointed with the experience. The cherry on top, they forgot some of our items.

I had to repeat my order at least three times before they got our order in. The person taking our order didn’t repeat it back or respond. It took an incredibly long time to get our order, they didn’t give us our full order, and the food was terrible. There was no cardboard holders for the tacos and they all had fallen apart in the paper wrappers. The food was poorly made and the service was bad. Don’t eat here!

Everytime I order food, I get home and im either missing something or they got my order wrong. I ordered a crunch wrap and there wasn't any meat on it. They close the lobby doors before the time they close and get mad at the customers for coming into the lobby.
Asked for a bacon breakfast burrito, corrected the person taking the order 3 times because she kept repeating steak back to me, she acknowledged she was repeatedly misspeaking and put bacon, sat for 10 minutes despite being the only person in line, accidentally charged me for a chips and cheese, spent 3 minutes refunding, got home, it was a steak burrito. I also don't think they put any sugar in my coffee. I understand one or two of those things happening separately, I worked at Taco Bell for 2 years, but that's crazy.
