I understand being busy and making a mistake. But 2 cars in drive thru????? Asked for: 6 pack and a pound 3 hard shell 3 hard with meat and cheese only, 2 taco burgers with sour scream, small ole with cheese. What I got: 4 regular hard shell 2 meat and cheese only, no sour cream on any burger and no cheese for oles. To top or off... all of it was very cold.

Hours online state open until 12A. In the drive thru shortly after 11pm with one car ahead of me. Lights on, drive thru menu light on. Told "we're closed". As we were leaving they turned off their lights.

The food and service were good, but not great; however, in spite of the fact that the temperature outside was in the 90s, the restaurant was FREEZING! The consensus was that it was somewhere between 60° and 64°. We couldn't wait to finish eating so that we could get back out into the heat!

The people in this location are all rude and mess up my whole order. I use to come here all the time but now I won't ever come here. They need to get rid of all the staff here and replace them. I work in fast food and I would never find this acceptable ever. I will also be calling the corporate office. If I mess up I'll fix it and I go above and beyond to make it better. But having someone as ride as the one who I dealt with to remake my order just had straight attitude.
