I arrived at the restaurant at 6:00pm and they told me to wait list is between 15 to 35 minutes and I waited for a hour and 20 minutes and I never received any messages so we had to leave without even eating
Went here for a Sunday lunch. The food was good. The place was clean and pleasant. The only thing was the staff. I understand that ppl have bad days and Sundays are the worst in the food business. I was really disappointed that couldn't even fake being in a good mood and I'm not talking just one it was all of them we had 4 staff that interacted with us and they couldn't even smile let alone muster a your welcome. The plates were slightly slammed on the table like he was carrying a ton and couldn't hold it anymore. I don't see me putting this in my rotation anytime soon.

Food was good service poor. My margaritas was 3/4 full yest I paid for a full and it tasted like syrup. Never got asked if I needed anything else just got a ticket before I was half way through. Never got rolls or asked if I wanted them.
Food was amazing! We had Linde for our waitress. She was amazing! We enjoyed our time there very much!

I love their catfish dinners but tonight there was just a couple (mostly ends) of the steak potatoes ordered. No tartar sauce in either order. No lemon or Cajun sauce that comes with it. I did not mark to remove them. I ordered ranch dressing and got thousand island. The fish was good as always, just bland with no sauce or lemon. The steak potatoes must have been the end of the bag, so few I thought they forgot them. Little disappointed when I paid almost 40.00

I suffer from social anxiety and sensory overload. my grandson and i try to go at times when it is less busy. Tonight we went at 4pm. We were first going to be seated back by the restroom area in a small enclosed seating area almost elbow to elbow with the other tables. This area was full. I stated that i could not be that close to other people. She took me to the other side of the restaurant into a similar small enclosed seating area. Thought it would be ok until she sat another couple right next to us. I had to just get up and leave. With all the seating at that time of day i dint understand why we couldn't have been seated in a booth. My grandson who is 11 was sad but understanding to what i to through.

Was travelling through grand island and stopped at Texas roadhouse for supper. I was totally impressed with the restaurant. The selection of food was amazing, the 16 ounce ribeye was grilled to perfection. Selection of drinks was great, the staff was absolutely fantastic, the place was very inviting and clean with a very friendly atmosphere. I would not hesitate to go there again.
