After ordering three different things they were out of, I wound up with fishy, overcooked salmon, served cold. My husband enjoyed his prime rib, even though it was $9 more than advertised on their website. Disappointed overall, but not horrible. Staff were nice.

10/10 for this elegant spot in Downtown Grand Island. Attention to every detail was paid from the fabulous music, soft lighting, cozy temperature, shiny glassware, cute plates to the calming sunlit dining area. We sat at the comfy bar and sampled the yummy adult drinks, a decadent latte, and eyed the delectable gluten-free goodies but were too full after our incredible lunch to try any sweets. I love that I could order a gluten-free grilled cheese with my home-made tasty tortilla soup and who could forget the incredible famous Dreisbach augratins! I nearly licked my bowl clean. Whether you need a quiet spot to start your morning with a delicious coffee, a sunny place for a perfect lunch or a romantic dinner idea for date night out, the Chocolate Bar quite impressively has something for everyone. Can't wait to return!

Loved this place!! ❤️ Great selection!
The restaurant itself is lovely and the waitress was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by how the manager handled a simple issue. My husband was offered a side dish that didn’t come with his meal. Keyword: OFFERED. The waitress didn’t know, which is understandable. When the bill came, we were charged for the side he never ordered and never received. Instead of correcting it, the manager claimed they had “added the potatoes” to my plate, which was completely untrue. But even if that was true why were the potatoes on MY plate? It was only a $3 charge, but it’s not about the money. It’s about integrity and how a situation is handled.
For a fine dining establishment, you expect management with class and accountability. Sadly, this manager’s attitude felt more fitting for a fast-food chain than a place of this caliber.
The workers are so sweet and the food is so fire

I had a very disappointing experience with the service here. While placing our order initially went smoothly, I witnessed the manager arguing with the cashier about whether a cupcake was gluten-free. I felt bad for the young woman taking orders, as she was doing her best to handle the situation with professionalism.
Unfortunately, when it came time to receive our food, our order was incorrect. The man distributing the orders was not only unhelpful but also dismissive and condescending. Rather than assisting in resolving the mistake, he made remarks such as, “Well, someone ordered it,” and, “I just love when people don’t remember what they order and I’m just supposed to know.” Errors can certainly happen, but his attitude and tone made it clear he was placing the blame on us, which was unnecessary and unprofessional.
The food itself was acceptable, but considering the cost, I expected a far better overall experience.

We were sat and forgotten about. The bus boy brought water and after half hour we left. I get being busy. But other tables that walked in after us were taken care of by having orders placed and drinks served. There were 2 of us. When Im about to spend 80 to 100.00 on a dinner I have higher expectations. At least acknowledge my existence
