Well, after reading the reviews here, here is mine: Won't be going. Been to two others and same thing. Won't need to subject myself to a third.
Seems to be a trend, with this chain of restaurants. Warm food, not enough of it, rude employees and nasty floors.
Absolutely AMAZING. Hands down the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. 11/10, would strongly recommend. A side note, they don't sell smiley fries unfortunately.

Buffet was very poor. There was more dishes sitting there empty than full. People were standing around and in lines waiting on pretty much everything. Servers were pretty rude as well. Don't believe I'll be taking the family there again.

The food is good, but it looks like they never clean well. Carpet is sticky, windows are never cleaned.

It was kind of what you expect but it’s valentinos buffet how could you go wrong? The workers were very fast at keeping tables clean and on top of the up keep of what a buffet should have. My only thing with the staff was they weren’t friendly but that’s fine. When I’m at a place like that and everyone I’m with is just trying to shamelessly eat and get their moneys worth and get out. Overall decent experience!
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t so much as say as the business makes it kid friendly but their clientele make it kid friendly. It’s a smaller city in a Nebraska so kids are expected and you are not receiving any negative from the people in there or the workers. A+

Great staff, always kind. Wide variety buffet! Really good chicken, fish, lasagna, hot veggies, potatoes, a little bit Mexican, soups, rolls and biscuits, and terrific salad bar. Deserts and ice cream. Their great Pizza is the least of it.

It's a dirty environment.I'm surprised that the state food inspector hasn't locked your doors.

I will say that the pizza and salad were fresh and tasty and well stocked. The place was absolutely gross though. There was more trash on the floor around the tables and the staff did bother to clean any of it up. The carpet hasn’t been cleaned forever. The workers would be wiping their shoes will the towels and then clean the tables off. The ice cream station was an explosion of stickiness on the floor covered with all the toppings. Appears that the managers really don’t care.

Feature Bar did not have any food options, just sauces. Could have been due to lent, but that lowered variety options. Pizza was solid, salad was good.

Good food and service. However was out of ice cream dishes and the male employees had their pants sagging so low we could see their boxers. No one wants to see that when they're eating.
