I feel bad because the service is always nice. Quality control is just a big issue. I’ve gone and my food was great and then I’ve came different days and I got raw hamburgers, chicken nuggets that weren’t fried all the way so they were still cold, and charged for other peoples orders. Hope they can get things figured out because I love Wendy’s food.

The girl who was attending today is not the first time she behaves in a very bad way it seems that she doesn’t like her job she fans things for you she has no manners I hope they do something about it since people are not going to ask for anything for free what a shame to go through these situations 😥
The most polite staff! We went through Sunday night before memorial day and the gentleman working the window was beyond polite! Someone give that kid a managers salary or make him the professor of how to be an authentic kind human being! Bravo Isaac! The world needs more of you!

The one cleaning under a table took my order without washing her hands, I didn't know she would be the one to handle my food. Told me my meal was cooked fresh to order even though the burger cooked, wrapped & bagged before I removed my bank card from machine. & Then argue with the 'manager.'
