So I go up to the drive through at 10:40am and ask them, are you serving lunch?They're response.Yes, okay, I would like to chili's, they're response.Sorry, the chili is not yet ready.If you're serving launch , have your food ready poor service in my opinion

First off I get to the drive through there is one car in the whole parking lot still takes them 5 minutes (not exaggerating) to even be ready to take my order I read directly off the menu what I want a 4 piece French toast.even though I read exactly word for word what's on the menu I get told by the GM of the store that they don't have that so many red flags right off the bat I just drove off. Employees don't know what's on there own menu and they can only serve one car every 5 minutes no wonder you work in fast food

The female leaving building last night at 12 was playing on the intercom and her friend was in the drive thru who cute in front of me btw so I will no longer buy Wendys from state street.

Complete waste of time and money. They couldn't take a simple order and after 20 minutes waiting they came with a wrong order, they told us they will gave us the right order and after 15 minutes waiting we had to go with no food an no money cuz they couldn't make a simple order of 3 sandwiches and two coffees. If you're willing to waste your time, go to Wendy's

Update: This is by far the worst Wendy's I have been too. They are constantly out of stuff, their machines are always broken, their drive thru doesn't work half the time, and the customer service is terrible. This place needs to shut down.

Constantly get orders wrong, something is always not working there, run out of food, drive thru takes a long time. Have given this place multiple chances. New management seems to be needed. Will not be back to this location until things are fixed.

Ordered on the app twice now and both times they got it wrong. Last week got 3 spicy chicken sandwich meals, one plain, one without tomato and one regular - got home and all were plain. Gave them another chance tonight - ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals without asking for any changes, so less chance of a mix-up, but they still didn't put tomatoes on either one (and mayo, Lettuce and tomato are the normal toppings). This was at 8:30 at night so it was NOT busy, but still can't get the order right. I can say the fries were hot, so that's a plus, but probably won't be back here for a while. 😕

Walked in and about fell on the greasy floor. Waited 15 min for 10 pc nuggets and small fry. Out of chili at 245pm. Bathroom was disgusting. The woman working register was more worried about being on her phone than people's orders. Got to listen to the GM cussing from the kitchen. They seemed over staffed and still cant keep up.

It was a terrible experience, the get to give you your meal in 20-25 min in a not busy hour, and it wasn't the first time, I ordered my meal and they gave it to me wrong, I decided to not change it because I was to hungry to wait another 25 min for it.
