The food was as good as to be expected at Wendy's. It wasn't anything fantastic – it's fast food. I was disappointed with the service. I saw three orders taken (mine was the third and I was inside the restaurant, not drive-thru) and then the cashier kind of disappeared for a while. The next person had to wait 5 to 8 minutes before the cashier showed up again. The manager did apologize for the wait and it seemed like the cashier was instructed to take orders instead...
It's been a favorite of ours for many years and it's still good. The atmosphere used to be better because they no longer have someone playing the keyboard. That was so unique.
This Wendy's is just off busy Highway 285. Turn west on 13th street. Ample parking, even if you are pulling a trailer. Street level, is good for wheelchairs.
Parking: Usually plenty of parking, but lot can be tricky, difficult to access since it is located at a very busy intersection. Our food was not what we ordered. Very frustrating.And this is not the first time it's happened.
