Fast service and the wings were tasty

I paid for my meal for my husband and me online so I could pick it up, I was charged $41, just for it to say my payment method was declined, yet the money was still taken from my card. So I was left with zero food and missing money. Went to the store to ask what was up and I was MAD. I was very upset with the ordeal and wasn’t the nicest to the poor worker (I apologized profusely as it wasn’t her fault) Olivia and (definitely spelling this wrong) Nekia were the ones working. They were SO incredibly kind even with me being extremely upset. Ended up dropping $80 because I had to pay for my meal TWICE and only received one meal. I was told the money would get returned in a few days but it’s EXTREMELY disappointing and frustrating. As someone who can’t afford to splurge and by meals out often I got completely screwed over. Those two girls are the ONLY reason I will ever come back or eat at a wing stop ever again. You are a multimillion-dollar cooperation yet you won’t fix a glitch with the system STEALING peoples money. The girls deserve a raise and a thank you from their boss who I HOPE is reading this. Wing stop as a company needs to DO BETTER, But those girls were angels.

We came in a few hours before closing. We have never been to Wingstop before and we live over 50 miles away. Nora helped me with suggestions and patience while ordering with a smile on her face. For being so late it was fast and fresh, it took the estimated amount of time as we were told. Everything was delicious and hot. Just maybe a plastic bag next time if it is an option, if not no big deal. Thank you for a positive first experience with your location and brand. We will definitely put this on our list for our Grand Island trips.

Customer service was horrible!!! I have paid with 100dollar bill before and have never been told they don’t take them such BS!! Was told to walk to the gas station to get change how pathetic! And the female helper holly crap was the rudest I’ve ever heard and witnessed. We asked her why our Lg celery order looked so small with 5 thin celery sticks. We mentioned we have received a larger amount before and she contradicted us making unfriendly gestures. We witnessed a couple returning from a pick up they had. The male asked for ranch they had forgotten to add in their bag. The female worker who I will post a picture of argued with the customer instead of just fixing the issue. And she kept telling the other employee how the customer was wrong and she swore she put ranch in the bag. This lady needs to be talked to she sucks with customer service McDonalds does better with their unhappy customers. I noticed you already have customer service complaints yet you don’t fix them.

At 7:45pm Ordered 20 wings and a lg fry. Was suppose to be picked up at 08:01pm-08:06pm. It is now 08:53 still no food. Been told 30 min wait and not being told when our order was next. I’ve worked fast food, it’s not rocket science.
I love the food but this time I got clumps of I’m not sure what in my ranch so It ruined my appetite.

This store is obviously mismanaged. There’s a time management issue, a respect issue. I think that it’s surprising anyone even works there at all. If management doesn’t respect people’s time, I’m sure they don’t respect their employees. Calling someone in for an interview, telling them someone will be out, and then letting them sit there for over 30 minutes just to tell them “Oh, we forgot about you. Someone will be right out.” And then still not have anyone come out? Ridiculous. Just don’t schedule the interview. That’s time wasted. Time that could be spent doing things that need done, interviewing for other jobs, and so on.
Not only has the food been below even the lowest of expectations, but this place obviously needs new management or frankly, to be shut down. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything positive about it anyway, and after seeing someone I care about go through the experience of spending an entire hour waiting for a job interview that never happened it’s become clear to me that management is a big part of the problem.

There’s a new GM named Oscar is what the employees told me that doesn’t seem to do anything I was there during a rush and he was just standing there on his phone laughing no wonder orders take hours to get made this place is going down hill by him hope this reaches the higher people of the company

We now know why it’s a 2.8. My stomach hurts still! And all I got was lemon pepper wings and fries. Sheesh. Be aware folks no bueno! This was definitely a good chain my wife and I were looking forward to trying and booooo!

Arrived at 5:53p to pick up an order and they were working on it. At 6:11p I asked again and it had been placed on the shelf but the guy at the counter didn’t notice, food was cold when he gave me the bag 😡

The food is great only if you order through door dash and eat somewhere else. Place is just not clean and the worker in the kitchen was on her phone. The worker up front took a while to acknowledge a couple that had come in, they ended up leaving. Food also took a long time to get to our table.
