The food is great only if you order through door dash and eat somewhere else. Place is just not clean and the worker in the kitchen was on her phone. The worker up front took a while to acknowledge a couple that had come in, they ended up leaving. Food also took a long time to get to our table.

Confused why there is even an option to order in advanced. Placed an order at 11am to be ready at 8:15. There have been 4 people that have came and got their pick up order. Good food, just don’t try to plan this as a hurry meal as all it will do is anger you and you end up being more rushed then swinging into a drive thru

Had great customer service, from the bald kid greeting at the front. He was very respectful and friendly made us feel invited. Our food was better than it ever had been, and on time, fresh and warm. Every time we go there our fries are soggy but today they were crunchy and fresh. Such great customer service, VERY respectful he was. Definitely will be going back and asking for him!!!

Wings were disgusting. My fries were old. The white guy at the register yelled at me even before I can ask him for help. I could see everyone else working and he was just leaning against the wall having an attitude with every other customer. I understand the rush because of just opening. But there was no reason for him to be rude to everyone! Wouldn’t return.
I like them because they have a good flavor and if you order them well sewn they are very sparkly

Guy working was very unfriendly towards customers, all you got with questions was a simple nod of the head. Pop machine was out of everything except for diet or zero sugar, and when I asked the guy about he, all I got once again was a simple shake of the head to let me know they were out of EVERYTHING, he didn't even offer to give me my money back nor check the pop bibs to see if they were empty. Very unprofessional, dirty place! Save your money and go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Order food to be delivered was a large order foe 5 or 6 people 1st no ranch at all not a single 1 for about 30 wings had 2 sets of Louisiana fries only got 1 spent over 40 minutes on hold for no one to answer last time I ever go to wing stop

Horrible organizational structure. Every time I go there, they either lose my order give my order to somebody else or leave my order to sit while I’m sitting there for an over an hour and not telling me it was ready. If you go there prepared to be extremely frustrated if you do an online order. Also, tables are left dirty with food on them whole place needs a good cleaning.
