The person taking my order was being rude laughing at every question I had like if I was dumb I’ve been to many Arby’s and this was by far the worst one iv been to and when I told him to have some respect and did cus the manager told me to leave. When I was just trying to get my son a kid meal. They need to work on their customer service.

Worst experience I’ve had at an Arby’s. Got a turkey mayo sandwich and it didn’t even come with mayo and only half the sandwich came with meat. After spreading out the meat there was only enough for one single layer of turkey. Surprised no one has sued over it, because there pictures show 5x that amount of meat. Same reason subway getting sued 🤷🏻♀️. Do better MONICA

I’ve never walked into any local fast food restaurant in years that was so well ran! The staff were all working together perfectly, they even looked like they enjoyed working there. Bob definitely made every customer that walked in feel welcome and makes me want to take my lunch break there every Friday! On top of that, the food came out really fast, was fresh and really good.

We ordered food for five people at the drive through. We were asked to pull forward and they would bring our food out to us. We never received a chicken sandwich or a milk that we ordered. We tried calling the restaurant to see how we could make it right, but no one answered. Very disappointed in the service and wouldn't recommend Arby's in Gretna, NE.

I came to get a free fry I had a coupon however I end up getting a turkey gobbler sandwich and a pumpkin turnover the TG was delicious my first time trying it I would recommend it.

Went through drive through. Loooong wait. Was asked if I wanted to donate to some charity. Don't like being pressured when all I want is a meal. If Arby's wants to donate, then donate your money. At the window, there was another long wait. I was asked to pull into the parking lot. When I received my meal, there was no napkins, none of the sauces, and no ketchup. Not happy. I won't be back.
