We ordered food for five people at the drive through. We were asked to pull forward and they would bring our food out to us. We never received a chicken sandwich or a milk that we ordered. We tried calling the restaurant to see how we could make it right, but no one answered. Very disappointed in the service and wouldn't recommend Arby's in Gretna, NE.

I came to get a free fry I had a coupon however I end up getting a turkey gobbler sandwich and a pumpkin turnover the TG was delicious my first time trying it I would recommend it.

Went through drive through. Loooong wait. Was asked if I wanted to donate to some charity. Don't like being pressured when all I want is a meal. If Arby's wants to donate, then donate your money. At the window, there was another long wait. I was asked to pull into the parking lot. When I received my meal, there was no napkins, none of the sauces, and no ketchup. Not happy. I won't be back.

I just want to give a big shout out to Tim! We always come in here for a late night quick dinner. Everytime we come in this is the man running the show, our order is right everytime, sauces are right, let's us know of any deal going on, and 100% in control of everything. I don't often leave good reviews at fast food chains as they are normally mediocre, as many of your places are. This man is your biggest asset at this location, give the man a raise, he deserves it!

The guy taking my order was new and the other guy helping him figure out the register was very kind and patient with the employee about it, also provided friendly customer service.

After driving all over in Sarpy County looking for food because the storm closed everything. We see Arby’s in this location in Gretna lights on and it doesn’t close till Midnight. I see workers smoking cigarettes outside and rudely while walking up to the door the Miss that reeks like cigarettes and works at Arby’s telling me they’re closed and it’s 9pm. Pretty pathetic on closing a restaurant 3hours early and workers chilling in the front smoking cigarettes while some people don’t have electricity.

We were in the drive through and the lady who was taking our order was so rude. My sister is blind and all we asked was if there was like powerade or anything. And she was very snarky and wasn't friendly at all. Never coming here again!
