Waiting 13 minutes in the drive thru was unfortunate for only having 1 car in front of us. It was odd that everything had its own bag (3 sandwiches, 3 fries = 6 bags). Food was OK. Fries were barely warm.
Been to my share of Arby's before, but every time I've gone in everyone's been nice and engaging. The store is kept clean, the counters are well stocked, and they make sure you have what you need before you go.
I’ve never walked into any local fast food restaurant in years that was so well ran! The staff were all working together perfectly, they even looked like they enjoyed working there. Bob definitely made every customer that walked in feel welcome and makes me want to take my lunch break there every Friday! On top of that, the food came out really fast, was fresh and really good.
