The manager, Jared is rude. Ask to make a drink that I know they make I get it every time I get there he told me no then I asked to speak to manager. He told me I am the manager I asked for the corporate number. I don’t know Google it the lady behind me asked him something. He was very rude to her. She even said oh you’re in an attitude mood today he said no I just don’t want nobody in my store today

They had plenty of staff but could not be bothered to make anything except pretzel bites. The whole cabinet was full of bites. I got one of 2 salted pretzels, and my wife and daughter wanted pretzel dogs, but there were none. There were 6 staff members, but apparently making anything but bites was over their pay grade.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time: the first young staff member couldn’t answer questions and gave me a blank stare. The second one was talking to me like my questions were out of this world. He then turned around as if I was done talking and the next guy stepped up. I asked if the drink put down in front of me was the watermelon flavor he said it’s the lemonade. I said like the watermelon lemonade?He repeated lemonade 😂 I said am I not speaking English? He said do you know how to speak English. The rudest staff and should not be taking orders!

The kids in there were bullying my child talking about his hairline, and being very disrespectful. They took 40 minutes to give me my pretzel dogs and they were raw. I’ve never been to a place as worse as this location.

Ordered but waited forever for 2 orders of pretzel nuggets without salt, received the drinks first but waited almost 45mins for my order because they continued to give the unsalted pretzels to customers who ordered after me, the service was mediocre at best. I received a refund and a regular unsalted pretzel but I wouldn’t recommend going when it’s extremely busy.

Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Was rude to the people in front of us just because he couldn't understand them due to them having an accent. Then was rude and condescending while taking our order. Will definitely never be coming back.
We had a disappointing experience at Auntie Anne’s last night. We ordered cinnamon pretzels and left, but I soon noticed a piece of hair stuck in one of the pretzels, which was disgusting. Despite this, we weren’t upset and came back to let the staff know politely.
As we were about to walk in, we saw the worker with his vape out, about to use it, which was extremely unprofessional. When we told him about the hair, he responded with a nasty attitude, saying, “So do you want another one or a refund?” in the rudest tone. We asked for another one and handed him the cup so he could at least see the issue, but without even looking, he threw it away dismissively.
As we were leaving, he and another coworker whispered something to each other and gave us dirty looks. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable, and this left a bad impression.
