messed up a 1 item order. unkempt and dirty staff. they didn’t wash hands and i watched the woman making my food scratch the inside of her ear and then just cover her hands with gloves.

Store was fairly busy which is understandable, but what was not very understandable was the man at the register slamming the cash drawer, ripping receipts and throwing them into the trash without asking, and just having a sour attitude in general. I get things gets stressful during busy situations, but take a breath and try to get through it instead of taking anger out on people just wanting some pretzels. Pretzels were decent.

Calvin was the best employee I encountered EVER in my life time. He’s been there for 2 years and he’s still not a manager? Or at least a raise for the hard work he’s put up with for 2 years. SHOUT OUT CALVIN FOR THE HARD WORK!!!!

We love Auntie Anne’s pretzels! Really our biggest complaint is that you have to wait a long time in line, but being that it’s one of the few in Omaha area, it’s understandable. The pretzel dogs were a little burnt on the bottom but this was our first time trying those and overall really good!

I just got home and noticed my pepperoni pretzel is harder than my last relationship and so burnt it makes Michael Blackson look light skin SMH they won’t even answer the phone. -0 stars

Horrible customer service! So many workers just standing around and when I placed my order for an item on the menu the guy at the register rolled his eyes and said that will be 15 minute wait. Then I got it and it was not what I ordered. I told him that I didn’t order that and he said yes that is what you ordered and rolled his eyes again. As if I don’t know what my order was for? Come on! I do not recommend this place at all!
Absolutely ridiculous service. There was a long line of customers waiting for their order and the workers were hitting each other with a wet towel. But they would also hit the wet towel next to or on trays of food they were preparing. Totally unsanitary and totally unprofessional. I worked in fast food, i understand having fun with your coworkers, but there is a time and place. Not when there is a long line of people crammed into a small place waiting for their orders to get taken.
