Chopped cheese on pretzel bun with tomato, lettuce, and onion very good. Pretzel bun a wee bit less flavorful than expected. Fries taste like good old-fashioned flavor. Combo with fries and drink was about $15 p/p. Chocolate shake was delicious! Medium shake additional $6. Staff excellent- welcoming and very helpful explaining menu and favorites to first-time guests! Went on Saturday at 11:00 am and was a little disappointed that they were out of all sides except fries.

The birthday cake ? shake was delicious! The chopped cheese had a perfect pretzel bun. The chili cheese dog was foavorful.The fry sauce is tasty.

The food was really good and the employees were friendly. We had the cheeseburger dog, double cheese burger, regular hotdog fries, and onion rings. The only thing kids had to say was that fries size seemed like a small when they ordered mediums.

Yesterday I came in to meet my family around 2:30 on my lunch break. We have always loved our BG's at the old location and ordered 3 with a side of fries and some drinks. We went to go sit down about 20 minutes went by and we noticed the order ahead of us which had about the same amount of food was about done with their food and we still hadn't received ours. I tried to wave down a older lady who seemed like she was in management walking back and forth between the dining area and kitchen with a napkin in her hand constantly wiping her nose and her mouth which I found to be extremely disgusting. She wanted nothing to do with us I even watched the owner come in and talk to a family that it seems like he knew while we were complaining about our food no one did anything to try and compensate us or apologize for how long it took besides a waitress that we finally waved down to ask where our food was. Our BGs were cold the cheese wasn't even melted overall it was quite the disappointing experience. I know for sure we will definitely not be back. RIP BG's they should have let it die when it did.

Im here as an eater an observer of human nature today. I checked the reviews this morning because I just knew that the family of 4 sitting behind us was going to place an unfair review about this location for no reason other than this woman's horrible attitude.**SADIE ROTHWELL-STEFEN **We sat in a booth next to her family and were first engaged in her uncomfortable loud behavior within 3 mins of sitting.She talked to her husband as though he was her slave. Ordering him to get ketchup and napkins for the kids. When he returned she riffed him about where the mustard was while telling her kids to 'sit down and shut up'. Then she started in on the staff.Everything they did for this woman was not enough. They checked on her 3 times in 10 minutes to ensure they were happy. They werent. Everything you would expect an attentive staff to do was done. Didnt matter. She was determined to make someone's day terrible. We felt horrible for the staff. As we listened to the complaints we decided to tip each staff member $5 that had to deal with her. My wife telling them all how great they were doing.Food was great,staff gave all their attention to this person and the last thing any of them deserve is to come read a false review.Please stand up to bad customers around you. Today was a poor example of human nature and this place doesn't deserve to read a false review when they did everything they could.

9/15/23I went with my group of three friends one of us got the bee gee and the other two got the chop cheese. If you’ve ever had a chop cheese, you know that they are heavily popular in New York. This one was served on a pretzel bun and is 10 times better. The restaurant was pretty clean. inside inside the bathroom was taken care of and it didn’t smell too bad. The only thing is is the location is very far away so I hope that they have one soon in Omaha.

took forever to get two orders of fries and two shakes. One shake came out basically chocolate milk… like not ice cream or shake consistency at all, the second was basically just ice cream in a cup and needed to be eaten with a spoon. All of the staff seemed confused what their role was, and there seemed to be no management in sight. It took 15 minutes to get the shakes then another 10-15 (idk I’m actually still waiting) for the fries. Though it was ordered as a “fries and shake” meal they weren’t served together at all. This place will be gone by spring… guaranteed.

I had a double cheeseburger without pickles it was very juicy. The only thing that could have been better was a more sturdy bun as all the juices tore my bun apart making it a super mess. The onion rings were cooked to perfection. I also had the grape koolaid that you don’t see served everywhere. I will definitely be eating here again.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers. Order was to go since it was 7pm and closed we thought we would be nice. Came out on a tray. Told the lady it was supposed to be to go, she seemed very unhappy with me. There is absolutely no toppings whatsoever on any of the burgers. We will never be
