The lunch special (chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and corn) was delicious. The bartender is polite and efficient. The atmosphere could be updated. There is a lot of clutter on the shelves and spare tables.

Stop by for a quick bite to eat on my trip through Gretna I was waiting for car repairs to be done. The special was chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn. The corn was canned corn but that was okay the role was hot and delicious and the meal was surprisingly good. This is a local Town bar and I was very happy with everything that was served here the beer was cold and the meal was only $10 which is incredible. Would definitely recommend this place if you're ever in downtown Gretna which is off the main road

A whole group of us had a “work party” at The Candle House and when it was over we all decided to walk across the street to Brag n Rights. The bartender was EXTREMELY RUDE and acted like we were all an inconvenience! Our whole group was taken aback by her rudeness!! We all will NOT BE BACK!!
