Use to be great. Now they ditched original drive through to be like chik-fil-a. It takes a lot longer now, you lose the options of making changes to your oder(adding on) when you come to pay, and the line get jammed worse than usual traffic times. Also pricing went WAY up compared to where it was before.

Absolute the worst drive thru service I have seen in a long time. Ordered food theu drive thru and took a number and thought it was strange that the 3 cars behind me received food first. Went inside and order was “bumped”- basically forgotten and they wanted to do nothing about it. The 1 star rating is about there response to the issue. Where is managemen- none to be found.

Culver’s is always a great place to go for some classic American food.
I will NEVER go back to this place. I go to the drive-thru to avoid interacting with people, and you have a bunch of kids out there taking orders with a menu that you can barely look at, it doesn't match what's on your actual order screen. An absolutely stupid way of running a drive thru. You probably think it's really cute and innovative, it doesn't matter how much time it saves you it's annoying to customers who don't want to deal with that sort of interaction, and quite frankly dangerous to have people standing in your drive-thru. ***Edit: okay, I gave you another star, 3 stars now, got home and the burger and fries were really good. But I'm still grumbly about that drive thru.
