Service is about as bad as it can get and the employees dont know anything about the app and promotions even tho it's posted all over the restaurant and on the door when you walk in. I downloaded the app and ordered food twice only for them to not know how to scan the app both times. The first order was late at night so it wasn't to big of a deal considering they only had one server but when I tried again the next afternoon I expected someone to know how to accommodate the promotions posted all over the building. They did not and now I have ordered over 100 dollars worth of food for me and my family twice and didnt receive any of the points or discounts advertised. I downloaded the app specifically to gain points and get good deals.

This is the only Denny that is clean and the food is always fresh. I travel all over the country. The rest of Denny’s are not as good as this place I tell you what the chicken tender is on point the best chicken tender, you can ever have anywhere.

Very very upsetting! A server named Maria (at 11:30 pm 08/21/25) refused to serve a semi driver that had broken English. She told him he could order through DoorDash his food. He did this. He tried to grab his order but she told him he needed to wait for his dasher to give him his food he ordered. My husband was his DoorDasher. He stopped him as he grabbed the order and said it was his. My husband asked him what is going on that he had to order his food through the app and was there as clearly the restaurant was open and serving people. He explained to him how she refused to take his order and wouldn’t let him grab his food until he was there. When my husband grabbed the food she made the comment for him to “go back to his country”. My husband stood up for the poor man as it wasn’t like he could get food elsewhere being in his semi, he is in a dead zone. The girl ran to the back when my husband asked for her to put the shoe on the other foot. I hope this shows as a reflection of who is being hired and who is working at this location where you have people of all minorities coming in. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. Her excuse was she has the right to deny anybody service.

Only reason I gave one star is there is no option for zero stars!! We waited over an hour for are food and the waitress was taken orders from tables that were seated after we was seated very terrible service will not be back to this location!! They wasn't even busy and there was multiple employees working!!

Was seated by the host.
Host taken my drink order and said that the waitress would be out to take my order.
Ten mins in no waitress. The host ends up taking my order. I received my order but no utensils. It’s one thing or another anymore with the service industry.

The food would have been great. However the hash browns were still dehydrated. They were very blah! That's like with any place. They were extremely short-handed and it was busy. Several people walked out due to service.

they served the raw meat without any negativity, and I asked them to cook it again. It just lay there, and the cook didn't cook it, so they served it raw again.
