Always excited when new chains come to Omaha. I looked into going in KC before but it didn't work out. I ordered the Classic size of the Honolulu Chicken, which comes with rice and a side of macaroni salad. I'm not a fan of macaroni salad so I subbed for pineapple. I also ordered Musubi and raspberry dole whip. The chicken was tender and it comes with a lot of rice. Flavor was okay, nothing spectacular necessarily. I've never had Hawaiian food so I wasn't sure what to expect. I mean this in a good way but it tastes like a better quality version of Panda Express. I was not a fan of the musubi; I always wanted to try it but would not order that again. I wouldn't consider myself a spam fan regardless but it might have had furikake on it that was overpowering. The raspberry dole whip was my favorite. So light and creamy, plus dairy free. My friend ordered the small plate of huli huli chicken. We thought the chicken tasted the same as the Honolulu chicken. The small portion is the meat over a bed of rice and one side. She had the pasta salad and said it was good but nothing she hasn't had before. We went for lunch and it was crazy busy in the drive through and packed inside but the service was so quick we couldn't believe it. Overall a fun edition to the Omaha fast casual chains.

Pretty tasty food, good selection of Hawaiian juice and drinks, friendly staff. I didn't try the Dole Whip soft serve but other people had it and it too looked great and I regretted not getting it!I tried both the basic Huli Huli chicken (sweet teriyaki) and the Molokai chicken (sweet and tangy/slightly spicy). Definitely prefer the latter I think but as they just toss together both of them in the combo meal it is honestly a little hard to tell - wish they would at least attempt to keep the two choices separated in the combo so you can really test both. But the fact that they blend so well together was also pretty good tbh.Strongly suggest that you don't just accept the default rice and more rice in the mixed meals - entree meat comes on a bed of rice and then they give you another scoop of rice in the box. But you can swap out that scoop with a few options like a spear of fresh pineapple or veggies. IMO any of these is better than more plain rice ? I got the pineapple spear with mine and it was fresh cut and tasty. ?The macaroni salad was good, but not great, and more like the "Amish" sweet macaroni salad than like true Hawaiian mac salad. Still good, but a little goes a long way, the small scoop they give you with the meal is plenty. Or I'd sub it out with the veggies maybe.Hawaiian Sun guava drink is ?? and harder to find outside HI and Cali so that was cool.Hoping next time they have musubi, was bummed they didn't have it tonight. So good when it's made right!I was a little taken aback at the cost for a relatively limited portion size, about $17 with the drink. BUT then at check out, at the counter paying with a card, there was literally no option to add a tip, no annoying pop-up trying to guilt you into tipping a ton for anything even basic pick up at the counter takeout. That's cool. I'm hoping that this means that they are paying the staff well enough, unlike a lot of restaurants today. If that is the case I don't mind paying a bit more upfront as the whole tip culture//food industry pay scale is backwards in the US compared to the rest of the world.It's conveniently right next door to a very nice Holiday Inn Express, I stay here frequently on my drives to/from Colorado and look forward to walking over here again next time. Note to managers - it's really difficult to walk over to the restaurant from the hotel right now, when I came and went multiple groups were also making the trek and it's a bit dicey trying to scoot across the rocks and drive thru lol - a simple crosswalk across the drive thru would be very nice to accommodate your hotel customers like me who are attracted by the great cooking smells floating across the parking lot ?

Food was absolutely phenomenal!! My family was in town so we decided to try it. Between all of us we ordered everything on the menu and it all tasted great. The service was quick and helpful! Probably my new favorite fast food!

We went through the drive-thru and had no idea what to order. The order taker was super patient and suggested her favorite items. Even told us the Dole soft serve can be combined flavors in a twist, SO delicious and really glad she mentioned it to us. We had the Huli Huli Chicken & Molokai Chicken, and it was also so delicious. We can't wait to go back.

Id what else to say other than I’ll be back and be telling everyone about this place :) a little hiccup in the drive thru and they literally treated us like royalty to make sure they got it right! Customer service is better than chick fil a ?. Foods amazing, soft serve is unreal! We love this place already!

The food and staff were top notch, despite being very busy it was all kept very clean. The only con is if you’re dining in, it is a very small space and everything is packed very tightly, from the drinks station to the dining tables, it’s all very cramped.
