I have come to this JJ for years. Recently, it has taken 10-20 minutes to get my food. It doesn’t matter if I do the drive thru, inside, or online order for pick up. I come on different days and at different times. It seriously doesn’t matter. What the heck is happening !?

The food is consistent, but the experience is awful! Freaky Fast is a thing of the past, with this spot(no matter the time of day) if i’m the only person, or one of three people!
Also, if i order 2 sandwiches + chips, put it in a bag! stop handing me my drink and 4 items!

Unfortunately the Gretna Nebraska location has gotten slower and slower with a drive through line backed up even after 12:30. Nothing freaky fast about this location now. The service is friendly but if I’m waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru I’ll go to Hyvee and start making my own sandwiches to save money and time.

This is consistently the slowest JJ I’ve ever been to. It is not out of the ordinary to spend 20 minutes. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Even when I order ahead it is common to have to wait well past the quoted pick up time.

Arrived at noon today and pulled up behind 5 cars waiting in the drive thru. As I was waiting to order there were 3 cars that got in line and pulled out. There were several cars that looked like they pulled into the parking lot, saw the line, and changed their minds. Took 35 minutes to finally place an order and get my food. I would understand if this was a one time thing, but this location seems to always have long waits. I was given a free cookie as an apology, but it was pumpkin flavored. So, it didn't quite make up for the "freaky slow" experience.

Order was not ready when I went to pick it up. Got home and realized the sandwich that I ordered, I paid almost 2 extra dollars to add cheese and of course there was no cheese to be seen. ?

Still waiting on my delivery from over an hour ago. I’m waiting on an unwich so I hope the quality will still be okay. I’ve never waited so long for a Jimmy John’s sandwich before; I hope they don’t still claim to be freaky fast. This sucks!
