I am so annoyed and likely won't return to this location again. I stopped here on 4/27 after spending a good portion of my day helping out family in Bennington cleaning up from the tornado damage. I was thinking this stop would be quick and easy so I could eat when I arrived back to Lincoln. I got home and found out I was given a single quarter of a pickle in a zip lock bag...literally was charged 1.99. Also my sandwich order was wrong. I had ordered a club lulu and there was barely any turkey and no bacon.

Love jimmy johns and have never had a problem at another location. Will never go to this one again. My food was given to 2 seperate people. I didnt care because i figured they ordered same thing. About a minute later they took food to counter saying they had wrong order. Which you have to open the food to figure out. Then staff figured out is was mine and expected me to grab the food they had just opened. I said who would want that and i got a sarcastic response saying we can remake your sandwhich sir. I was upset so i left maybe someday ill get my $11.48 back for the food i didnt get.

Never a “freaky fast” experience at this location. Always several workers standing around while there’s one person doing everything. Expect to be in the drive through for at least 20 mins even if there’s no cars. Waited 26 mins tonight two cars in front of me. No sense of urgency from anyone ever. Management needs to do better as one of a small handful of places to eat fast food in gretna step up your game.

Unbelievably slow service. Sat in the drive through for 30 mins with 2 cars ahead of us. Looked through the window and there were 3 employees working. 2 of them were standing around doing nothing on their phones while 1 older gentleman was running the entire store. Felt bad for him. This is the only JJs location in Omaha that I’ve experienced issues at

Although the food is good, Jimmy John's in Gretna should really try to figure out how to not advertise as"freaky fast" delivery. I can't remember the last time I have had my sandwich in less than 45 minutes. I have learned to order at least an hour in advance.
Long drive thru waits, rude teenagers inside, and delivery is not freaky fast. Really no good way to order, and ingredients seem stale often especially the bread. No longer order from this
