Team deserves an award. Professional, fast, nice. The best #9 ever! Just perfect. Fresh, hot, lots of ketchup, crisp pickle, wrapped well. Taste? Perfection too. Wife's icecream cup was full. Late at nite. Each team member from order to payment to delivery GREAT. Whoda thot MacDonald's late at nite would such a treat?

Great store. Never busy when I'm there but I always wait. Your staff does not like to be bothered with customers in the lobby. This is still true 3 months later. They look right at me when I ask for help and walk away. You also had three people waiting in your lobby to be helped and two walked out because no one would help them for over fifteen minutes.

Ordered in the drive thru, and the man said I had to repeat my order because someone was talking to him...ok. re-ordered. Nbd. Paid at the window. Got to the second window to find out that the person who took my order didn't get all of my order in. When I asked if I could just pay for it there the kid told me I would have to drive back through the drive thru because he didn't have a register!!! What?! No thank you.

I guess I must be too old to use the kiosks. If you don't use them it takes a long time to get help. I was in a hurry to get to my son's school and needed a fast meal. However I didn't use the kiosk no one was there to help me. Is McDonald's forcing people to use the kiosks. I may just go to Runza instead
