Most of the staff speaks broken English and a lot of times have a hard time understanding what customers are asking. The dining room is small and not comfortable, it feels like you are sitting with strangers.

Food was cold, buns were hard $6.50 for Rib sandwich only Manager would not replace food or give refund. Reply from manager was the order has been made. This location used to be good, NOT ANYMORE. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR, PICK DIFFERENT LOCATION

Big Mac fine. But the fry’s. 🙃 fry’s were way over cooked didn’t eat them(picture). Service was horrible. Accidentally passed to pay window (which my fault) but when I got to the second window MANAGER was full of attitude. I tired going under to pay and she said she can’t accept payment it has to be through drive through window.(since I had tap to pay I had to go around which that’s fine) like I said it was the way she spoke to me. She was arrogant and rude. And had to wait in the line again for 10 minutes for my food.

I went through the drive through, ordered a sausage biscuit. I was only one in the line. It took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the window with my sandwich 😆

So, I had to travel for a horrible company I worked for. I was so stressed out and locked my keys in the car at the gas station across the parkinglot. I went inside and they couldn't help (nor offer anything to help me). Same for the crappy motel there. I went in McDonald's and sat down, stressed and defeated but someone asked of I was ok. I said, yes...then no. Then explained. They had a maintenance mam from McDonald's (or the franchise) and he told me..."when im done, ill help you out." Between thr manager and that guy, restored my faith in humanity as it was freezing out, I needed gas AND I was now late to the job (that I took this as my final que to quit). He helped, didn't judge me. He was so patient in giving me instructions to assist him assisting me. Ill never forget this experience. ??
