PepperJax Grill

Daughter wanted to go to PepperJax after shopping. Decided to give it a try and thought better try the main item a Philly. That was good. Only complaint is the guy grilling did not have a hat and his wavy messy hair was hanging over his head over the grill 😒 come on wear a hat. Next tried the cheese fries!!! The boys should have not sold me them because the cheese had clearly been in the steamer all day!! It was chunky and brown not queso at all. I had never gotten before so I was like wow is this really what their cheese fries look like??? They should have not sold them. Tried a couple but definitely not what I believe they are supposed to be queso should not be scooped like mashed potatoes!! Next time boys don't sell stuff that looks like like pretty sure PepperJax does not want their food being served looking like that!

I like Pepper Jax Grill and have always look forward to a good sandwich from the made in front of you grill. Unfortunately my experience was not that great on a Friday afternoon at this location. I feel like maybe it was just a novice grill person, but we ordered 2 of the signature Steak sandwiches. The griller cooked the meat down to bacon bits. Crispy and over done. You get a lot of fries for the price. I think the price of food is reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and set up like you would expect. I would probably try it again to see if it was just an off day.

Excellent food, good kids menu, reasonably priced for portion sizes. Kids loved the food as well! 4 meals for $31. Philly steak bundle is a great value!

terrible service! inside is very dirty, disgusting, it was a terrible decision to come here!!!

Not recommended at all unless they change the staff. We had a terrible experience even before start eating. The male at the counter was rude when asking for the order… bad attitude as well as the lady that was serving the rice. For me it looks like they don't like to work there and not even like to serve people. If they don't like to serve people they shouldn't work in places that need to contact with people.

Way understaffed. The 2 people working did do an awesome job and worked their butts off to provide great service and take care of customers. Food was decent but far from great. Would have been hotter and fresher with more staff and proper management.

I love the food. They were so busy yesterday and the trash was over flowing. I seen how hard the 3 were working so my husband and I took care of the trash for them. Keep up the great work. You still made the food enjoyable. Every time we come into town were go here.

The girl who was there today 02/15/24 is a racist made us feel uncomfortable. The restaurant was completely empty no reason for her to be yelling yet once it came to a white person she completely
