I like Pepper Jax Grill and have always look forward to a good sandwich from the made in front of you grill. Unfortunately my experience was not that great on a Friday afternoon at this location. I feel like maybe it was just a novice grill person, but we ordered 2 of the signature Steak sandwiches. The griller cooked the meat down to bacon bits. Crispy and over done. You get a lot of fries for the price. I think the price of food is reasonable. The staff was friendly and...

Way understaffed. The 2 people working did do an awesome job and worked their butts off to provide great service and take care of customers. Food was decent but far from great. Would have been hotter and fresher with more staff and proper management.
