If I wasn’t starving and so set on pepperjax. I would have walked right out. Their beans and dressings were basically dried out and old. Same with the rice. All the veggies were old as well, the lettuce was almost orange, tomatoes has no shape to them, just looked like mush. And I was right, I got home and the rice was hard and crispy, almost chipped a tooth. Definitely go to a different location if you want pepperjax

My husband and I got hungry while we were out shopping so we stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. We shared the chicken nachos with onions, green peppers, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, cheese, cheese sauce, and rice and it was so yummy. I want some more right now lol. We used the drive up window and it was fast and accurate.

Just ordered food, delivered. Chicken for 8 yr old son was completely Raw. Called the store, said no manager around and acted like it was no big deal. 1000% rude and no care in the world. Do not eat here!! For your safety. Were all about supporting our home town business but they have zero respect for safety of the customers. Completely unacceptable.

Google says they close at 9pm in a Sunday. We arrived at 8:23pm and doors were locked. The kids running the show inside were all lifting up their shirts and showing each other their... abs? Maybe???? But we noticed the drive thru was open so we got back in the car a decided to go through it. (I hate going through the drive through because the order is never right every. single. time. But pepperjax is all we wanted after a long trip that day) When we received our order, of course, it was wrong but not only that, the meat wasn't even chopped up! It literally came in the "patty" form on all 3 of our rice bowls! I was nervous about it being under cooked as it didn't look good either so we threw them out and I had to go home and cook anyway after our long day. Thr last time I was there, I caught a kid sticking the rice spoon in the trash and got the manager involved as he tried continuing to serve customers with it. So sad as pepperjax is one of my favorite restaurants. I may never go back

Stopped there to eat at 9:09 pm. Google says they are open until 10:00. Door was locked and they looked like they were cleaning up to close, but as we drove by the open sign was still on. Please post your correct hours!!

The food was alright and not crazy expensive and the service was fine. If you like rice bowls, however i would recommend. When sitting in the restaurant it was loud, however there is outside seating for a quieter experience.

Stopped here to eat, printed sign on door said they opened at 11:30 and it was 11:34 when we arrived. Waited 10 minutes outside locked doors while a guy inside looked right at us twice and never came to unlock the door. My wife had to pee bad and we were hungry from a 3 hr drive.... We left before my wife peed her pants. 0 out of 5 stars.
