Experience was very poor. Ordered our food through drive through. Workers were on their phones. Asked for extra ice, ended up just a few pieces in each soda. Asked for extra ice. They just looked at me like what are they supposed to do about that. Soda tasted way off, food had a after taste which wasn't pleasant. We asked for ranch cups they threw them into a bag and were not sealed so ranch leaked all over and my interior of my truck cause they soaked through the bag. Employees need to go through food safety touched and dug in trash and didn't was his hands. I asked for my receipt Charlie E. Looked at computer told me just a second turned in circles a couple times pulled my receipt out of trash and went back to computer and handed it to me. I asked him if he just pulled this out of trash and he told me no as I watched him. Definitely do not recommend this location, and will not return here in future.

Ordered 4 burgers. Forgot the meat on one of them. French fries used to be crispy and great. Now they're limp and greasy. They also taste like seed oils. I quit ordering French fries. My dog doesn't even like them anymore.

Food was good, hot and served within minutes. I’ve never had a Runza. It’s reminiscent of a sloppy Joe, minus the tomatoes.

Recommended by a Lincoln native, we stopped in for lunch on our way across the state. Really lovely experience- Doug at the counter was the best and talked us through how to experience the best of Runza. Thank you, Doug!!

Fair food. A different experience. But rather run of the mill for a Illinoisan. Glad we tried something new, but probably wouldn't be my first choice next time.

Always clean.
As much as I like runzas, I love their burgers. And they have the best French fries around.

Thank you Todd for fantastic drive thru service. My food was hot and fast. He suggested some kind of French onion or something sauce for my onion rings when I requested something to dip them in. I wish we had Runza in Minnesota. I hopped off the freeway when I saw the sign. San Diego here I come! But first, we Runza! My brother is so jealous right now.

Order was wrong I asked for a cheese runza meal with a large fry and drink. Had to correct at the window then waited 5 minutes for fries that were cooked to long and then a runza that wasn't cooked long enough. But also only got medium drink and fries. Been to many runzas. By far this was the worse one. Who ever is taking orders needs to listen better.

We've always had amazing service from the Runza in Gretna, NE. The staff is always polite, friendly, welcoming and they're exceptionally fast. It's one of our favorite places to dine out.
