Came this morning around 6:30am and got a drink that I thought was awful and pulled around immediately to order something different and instead of making it right she made me pay for an entire new one. Won't be using this location anymore due to lack of customer service.

We drive through before stopping at the grocery store and ordered a couple coffees. We were lucky to drive through during Halloween and the crew was dressed up as midwestern dads. Super cute and great service.
If you are in the area SCOOT on through and make sure you ask for recommendations they don’t miss!!

Coffees are delicious, but Starbuck priced. Food not so good. Had waffle sandwich and everything bagel with sausage and eggs. I'm guessing the only tool they have to heat these is a microwave, as everything had that microwave cooked texture to it. Waffles soggyish, sausage spongy, egg super dry. Although they were only like 5 bucks each. They should stick to coffee!

Scooter’s is hands-down my favorite go-to coffee spot! I especially love this drive-thru location—it’s perfect for when I’m on the go and don’t have time to sit down. The service is always quick and friendly, which makes the experience even better.
My all-time favorite drink is the Blended Turtle. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and smooth. Although, I get it with light ice so I can enjoy it right away. If you get the regular amount of ice, just know you will need to wait a bit for it to melt to finish the drink—totally worth it, though!
If you’re looking for a fast, reliable, and delicious coffee stop, this Scooter’s is it.

Always a great experience, after I found out the blended drinks are with an ice cream base I was hooked.
I noticed a few months ago my coffee tated a bit off so this time I asked for an extra pump. Now it tasted right.
I'm guessing they changed how many pumos is in the 'recipe'.
Ahhh shrinkflation.
But!! The staff here were great and fast!!

i just got home from this scooters and so here’s my review :D basically i asked the barista lady to surprise me and make what she likes and i have to say everyone there is so friendly and so much fun. i could tell the girl who made the drink had A LOT of fun making it. not to mention the manager with the rose gold hair was also super friendly too. also this is probably the best drink i’ve ever had from scooters (or anywhere tbh) its flavorful and it’s perfect. i have gone to this scooters since it was built and have always had a good experience. the people are just super friendly and genuine and you can tell they love their jobs and just wanna see happy customers. also i had no idea extra large was a size scooters even had and man am i happy about that!
