Got a large strawberry smoothie and a water to drink for my wife, daughter and I while visiting the shops at Nebraska crossing. After finishing our drinks, we proceeded with our day, my wife tasted the smoothie and did not like it so my daughter and I shared it, we wound up very sick and barely made it home, and had to deep clean the seats in the car because my daughter got extremely ill all over the seats.

3 times I’ve been here. Every time my blended frozen mocha coffee tastes as if they’re skimping on ingredients. Very bland. Today I also splurged and bought a sausage egg and cheese bagel. It was still cold, wasn’t cooked long enough. What a bummer. I definitely will not be back to this location.

Girls last night had no customer service skills and acted like they didn't wanna be there
This place is horrible! The store was disgusting coffee spills, food on the floors and tables. I ordered a medium blended carmelicious with hazelnut. The barista gave me a small. After she gave me the wrong size she offered to fix it. Then she went and poured the small back into the blender added milk and ice and put it into a medium cup. The problem is that now I'm on my way back to Lincoln with blended milk and no coffee or flavor. Very disappointed to pay for something that is undrinkable.

Amazing friendly staff. Always make sure to greet you when you walk in and I get my order placed promptly. The staff always makes my drink correctly and quickly which is super important for those on the run.

Horrible service employee who took my order was nice but the girls making it were not. Honestly if they don’t like their job they should just find another one because it’s not fair to us customers. Definitely will not be going back.

This isn't fun to make this review because I never let bad experiences at food places stick with me. I've gone to this Scooters for a few years now. I came in at 7:05 pm on 10/20 and one of the workers was putting all the chairs up. I ordered my drink and then asked the worker if I could put a single chair down in the corner and sit with my books that I had in my arms. The worker went stock-still and said that they were cleaning the floors. I was confused as to why I couldn't sit in a small spot while they mopped and I asked the worker point blank if I couldn't sit down and they said no because they were mopping.This really hurt my feelings. I drove 20 minutes to have a nice place to silently read. The place was empty, the mop wasn't even out yet. And it felt like the crew getting the entire floor clean in one go and getting to close faster was more important than a regular customer asking to simply sit quietly in a coffee shop with an hour until close.Can someone please maybe reach out to me about this? If it's policy to refuse sitting room like the two workers did, I understand. The whole thing just didn't feel right or good at all.
