I honestly can’t rate the food because I never got a chance to try it because the guy working was too glued to his phone to realize I was there and needed to order some sandwiches. I stood there a good couple of minutes all the while he had his head down in his phone and refused to take my order
Or help me. Needless to say I never had subway today and my kiddos were looking forward to it but I won’t tolerate a lazy employee that only values their phone rather than their paycheck. My family was visiting from Utah and this has definitely never been our experience with any of or traveling subway experiences. I’d honestly rather not have a sandwich made after they’ve been on their phones and not washed their hands anyways! So it’s okay with me that we missed out on subway today!

I think the staff at this place and the one in Gretna just flip flop their staff because neither one gives a crap about customer service and VERY RUDE to say the least!!!

This place is always disorganized and messy. Thr line is 3 people but might as well be 10 as it’s slow. Not a place to go for lunch. Quality is poor if you decide to get anything there.

Waited for 30 minutes, had a sign out saying “be back in 10 minutes in bathroom.”I could hear them in the back room and had them peek out several times to then quickly go to the back again once they saw me. Not the first time it’s happened at this location.Not sure why these employees are still working here or how this location is still open - when this isn’t the first time displaying this inappropriate behavior.I ended up just leaving, I don’t think I’ll be buying from any subway locations for awhile.

Me and my friend went here to eat here, we rang the bell that they have and no one came out, we rang it 8 times before someone finally came out to help us, and when they did they were cussing under their breath and slamming stuff around, zero "hello". Worst customer service I have seen.

I ordered a number 10. I was telling the gentleman I wanted pepper Jack cheese, he said he can only make it the way it reads on the board no exceptions. I said it’s the only one in the country that is that way and left.
