Apparently online orders are more important than customers that actually walk into the store. Staff was not helpful and ignored the fact that I was standing there. After a 5 minute wait I was asked if I ordered online. I said no and was told I needed to move in I another spot. That is my fault but a little customer service would have resolved that had they spoken. I will no go out of my way to avoid this store.

Came in this weekend and the store was super busy! The crew was quick and kind to each guest getting them through fast and with smiles on their faces. And the food was excellent as always!

The 6 inch sub looked like a 4 or 5 inch. Very little meat on it. I asked for a little oil and vinegar and when I got home 2 blocks away, the oil had leaked through the bag and was on my car seat.
I don't think I'll be going back there.

Saw the sign that said “under new management” and was hoping the older couple that were running it last time I was there were still there, but it was a young all-male staff. Food was fine, but their socializing/talking and ignoring customers for a few minutes when standing ready to order was rude/not attentive and as my granddaughter said, the bathrooms were disgusting, inside the toilet was gross, there were cigarette ashes on toilet rim, trash on the floor, dripping sink, overflowing trashcan, dead bugs….will not be going there again.

On multiple occasions, I've visited while one of the employees had his wife and baby present during his shift. The baby often cries loudly. Additionally, the wife has been disruptive—loud, overly casual in her attire.

Horrible experience bad customer service people that work there is really disrespectful make your sandwiches horrible throwing the toppings everywhere sloppy some of the workers try to charge extra money for things you didn’t even order then try to get HR number they said they can’t provide it.

I love Subway, although this visit was disappointing. The staff wasn't very good and the sandwiches were just ok. The bread was dry and some of the main ingredients were missing from both sandwiches.

Went to get 2 bacon, egg & cheese flatbreads & my husband came home with unheated steak, egg & cheese flatbreads… they had the window up so he couldn’t see what they were doing/adding on.. even though it was pretty straight forward. I’m disappointed since I usually have a decent experience there. 😕

Great location. Easy to find. Smelled great walking in. Restroom and dining room at tbis location were clean. In men's restroom I did notice the toilet just barely wet at seal... 99% it just needs a wax ring replacement. But still clean.
